1. She wasn't a very good Senator

for Illinois. Several scandals and she wasn't really backed by the Party for her second term. I was so disappointed in her.

she likely had cleaner hands than 90% of the congress, and 99% of the party hacks that hung her out to dry.

3. She took out Party favorite Alan Dixon.

He paid the price for the weak Democratic performance immediately. My wife and daughter went to her campaign office in Aurora and made donations and have been more active since. The Party did not seem to support her as well as she supports the Party.
