If he's still opposed to the legalization of pot, I think the position is wrong. However, that would not be a reason for me to discontinue my support. With the mess we're currently in? Pot legalization is not a top tier issue at the moment. The tide has already turned on the legalization question as more and more states reconsider their positions.

That being said, I'm sure he'll be asked where he stands today. We're going to see all sorts of boutique issues that relate to certain segments of the voting public. No candidate is going to check off every box for every voter.

Which is why I'm a Go for Joe.

Because the most important box? Winning in 2020. Shoring up support in Pennsy is how we do that, and Joe Biden has a leg up in the Keystone State..

Pot is everywhere. Legal or illegal. Most of us would prefer to be on the legal side of the popular issue. Medically and recreationally.

My youngest son has never had a problem buying pot since his brain injury a number of years ago. I would prefer it be legalized everywhere so he doesn't have a legal problem in the future. On the other hand, my father-in-law suffered every chemo side effect out there, but wouldn't consider using pot for relief, even with my son's urging. That had to do with years of propaganda and the legal prohibitions around weed.

So, I would certainly like to see it legalized but it simply doesn't rise to the level of 'critical issue' in the times we are a-living.

less about 'where he is' on this issue. Ain't gonna effect me and my smoking/vaping habits. That orange shit stain though does effect me.
