It's unfortunate that the 'Paul Ryan' thing has become a thing, but the fact is Biden HAS used Social Security and Medicare/Medicade and other social welfare paybacks - NOT entitlements, but rightly earned democratically recognized measures, as tools for his great compromises with the GOP.

This is certainly an attack on the false narrative floated around by MSM. One that Joe has most recently himself has left himself open to by suggesting he would be open to a Republican VP.

Get a grip Joe!
