However, support for Biden was strong enough to withstand the trump and repug assault on Democracy. We should stop saying that there was no fraud - there was. The repugs tried to dismantle the post office, suppress voters, eliminate registrations, use covid to scare progressives from voting, intimidation at the polls and the poll workers. They did a lot to create a fraudulent result but failed. That doesn't mean they didn't try.
Anderson Cooper keeps letting Santorum spew lies without being challenged
Anderson Cooper is useless. First he can't get to a question, he just rambles forever like a fool. Then he never challenges santorum's lies head on. Neither do his useless guests like Van Jones and David axolrod. Both of them sit their asses in their chairs shake their heads but NEVER say - stop lying santorum - show us proof there were voting problems from the Democrats. Show me where a Democrat openly asked Russians for help? The fraud santorum is where trump destroyed the post office, threatened voters, colluded with foreign countries.
Trump was right about voting fraud - it was unprecedented in the election
Traitor trump did everything he could to destroy he vote including:
- destroying the post office and slowing mail in battleground states specifically in blue areas
- suppressing the vote in neighborhoods of color
- changing voting rules at the last minute (e.g. Texas deciding to have 1 drop off box serving a 100 miles in a blue county)
- having his rabid supporters show up with guns at polling sites to intimidate
- openly inviting foreign interference
- not allowing the intelligence services stop foreign election interference
- who knows what secrets he shared
- encouraging his supporters to risk their lives and show up in person at polls, knowing the Democratic leaders would try to keep Americans safe
- running illegal rings to disenfranchise blue state voters
- threatening anyone with the power of the office who did not agree with him
- meeting with gop canvassers and others responsible for certifying the vote
- having phantom candidates in florida to steal votes from Democrats
- having Kanye West run to steal Black votes, but Kanye was useless and should go away entirely
We better get our act together and start yelling these incidents out. I have no idea why we are not yelling this shit on every TV program and ad.
And more that we don't even know of - and yet we won. So the actual support for traitor trump is much less than Biden.
when did Republicans become such cowards and traitors
I always believed, if nothing else, that republicans leaders were hawks when it came to American power and security. I felt they didn't care what happened to the average American or how many people were killed by guns. However, i thought there was a line at national security and were brave at that point. Boy was i wrong.
When did repug leaders and i would say many of their supporters become cowards and lovers of foreign enemies?
How do we protect our Democracy?
Regardless of the fact that we managed to vote Trump out of office, i think the country just had a near death experience. Democracy only barely survived. A few thousand votes here and there and the outcome would have been different and then there was nothing standing in the way of trump and his miserable senate enablers from dismantling the remaining Democratic institutions in the country.
How do we reengage and protect our Democracy? We should'nt have to worry that the next repug president will again try to dismantle Democracy. Can we never have another republican president? In fact, are repug Senators just waiting to destroy Democracy?
Biden must rehire/promote all the Patriots that did the right thing and were hurt by trump

Amb. Marie Yovanovitch
Colonel Vindman
i have no idea why the Democratic leadership does not FLOUT our success in building the economy
trump did for the economy what he did for covid control yet gets high marks for an economy he inherited and destroyed.
i feel like shouting why ads are not placed talking about how good Democratic Presidents are at building the economy.
the issue is not that traitor trump paid no taxes - that only gets his stupid base more excited
it makes them believe that traitor trump is screwing other americans, which is fine by the magats.
However, the real message is that traitor trump is a failed businessman who is not a billionaire and is losing money every year. He is not good for the economy and he is not a good negotiator. He's also LIED on his taxes. And he's paid no federal taxes.
Green party is anti-environment
Like pro-life really means pro-death
GOP means anti-American, pro-traitor
Law and order means white supremacy and repugs get away with any crime
The Green party is now an anti-environment party at the leadership level in any case. They seem to relish being spoilers and letting conservatives and repugs values win all around the world. The Green Party has allowed repugs like Bush and Trump into office at the expense of Democratic candidates that would have been much better for the environment.
Being On Guard and Vigilant
I completely support being on guard and vigilant. Repugs are going to suppress the vote and i think steal the election if they could. HOWEVER, a majority of EV are in Democratic states or States with Democratic Governors or States that have Biden way ahead. It would be difficult to steal all those.
And the article is contradictory. If votes are being stolen to throw the election (which i think would be impossible to do across all the States) then why would trump need to use the 12th amendment. Also, i'm not sure how the 12th amendment applies here.
Again, trump loses power on Jan 20th so any crap or confusion he stirs up won't mean anything unless it concludes before then.
The protests have shown us that the country is on edge and not willing to be disenfranchised any longer. The military has shown that they do not want to be used for political means. Get out the vote and get the repugs out because who knows what institutions will be left after another 4 years. We'll have barr like traitors and thiefs everywhere.
