The doors were "booby-trapped" so they blew holes in the walls?

That was Trump's firsthand account of the raid that killed Baghdadi.

They have been showing the rubble on TV.

There are no doors.

There are no walls.

The acting-president was just asked if they would release the video? He said they might release parts of it? Does anyone believe they have that video? Will it show the dogs running him down thru the tunnel?

Perhaps if they can't show the video, maybe they will let one of the commanders in the raid make a short statement? So far, we have seen no evidence at all.

We can choose to believe a president who has lied over 12,000 times, if we choose to?

Do you believe they really killed Baghdadi this time?

After his "great victory", the first people he thanked were the Russians and the Turks ??

Why did he do that?

What did they do to help??

Perhaps they gave him the location of al Baghdadi? In return for pulling back our support for the Kurds? It was a win-win for everybody. Trump gets credit for killing al Baghdadi and the Turks and Russians get to fill the void in Syria. They can help Trump with a campaign issue and he can help them slaughter the Kurds? Sounds like a good deal, unless you're a Kurd.

It just seems rather odd to be thanking the Russians for helping the Americans find and kill al Baghdadi? What exactly did they do?

And he didn't need any advice from the stupid Gang of Eight. He did it all by himself.

Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell refused to answer when asked if they had been advised...?

...about the military adventure last night?

Do they have a responsibility to speak up if that is the case ??

That would mean that Donald Trump committed our troops to a military operation without notification to the Speaker of the House or his own Majority Leader. That would be an abuse of power over the line.

The people have a right to know.

Propaganda at its finest

I am beginning to wonder if the raid happened at all? Instead, just a fabrication by Trump to divert the attention away from all the other bad news?

The Situation Room photo is obviously staged. What did he say to the Generals to get them to pose for the photo with he and Pence and the Defense Secretary?

Would he create a narrative about the dogs, the tunnel, the whimpering and crying, just to win the next day's news cycle?

How do we know that it even happened?

Because he tweeted that "something big was about to happen"?

Russia says it didn't happen. Baghdadi has not been killed, they say?

Why should anyone believe a word he says?

October 27, 2019

Well, we have to admit, it did get the attention of all the Sunday morning news shows...

It did accomplish that.

We know from history that the bigger the lie, the more people are likely to believe it.

Since this story was announced a few hours ago, a lot of questions have arisen. Why inform Russia but not our Congress? Why was he golfing at the time of the reported raid? Did Russia or Turkey know the location of Baghdadi? Etc.

More questions and more facts will come out in the days ahead.

After America has had time to catch its breath, they notice a slight stench in the air.

One conspiracy theory.

The killing of al Baghdadi was a Russian/Turkish/Trump operation.

This was part of the deal Trump made with Erdogan when he withdrew the troops and betrayed the Kurds.

Both Erdogan and Putin wanted al Baghdadi dead. He was a threat to their future plans of dividing up the spoils of Syria between them.

They were willing to let Trump be the "hero" that killed Baghdadi if they could get their way in Syria.

That is why American troops were permitted to fly over both Russian and Turkish positions to get to the Baghdadi compound.

Trump needed a diversion and an issue to help him with his next election. So he made the deal.

That is why he was so complimentary of Russia and Turkey in his detailed account of the killing.

That is why he did not tell Pelosi or Schiff.

It was all a part of a deal Trump made with Turkey and Russia to help him domestically and divert the attention away from a very damaging impeachment process.

Obama's notification was 9 minutes - Trump's notification was 50 minutes.

The glorification of the violence was over the top with Mr Trump.

He talked about al Baghdadi screaming, whimpering, and crying as he dragged two of his children into the tunnel with him.

He was a coward. He died like a dog.

There were more dead than alive.

He felt he had to give every gory detail of the killings.

He seemed to enjoy it way too much.

October 27, 2019

"loose lips sink ships"

He talks just a little too much.

He gives away just a little too much information about the details of the operation.

It could sabotage any future plans.

I'm sure the military would be happier if he had said less.

His descriptions were pornographic.

WH will appeal yesterday's Court decision in attempt to slow down impeachment process.

The Court ruled that all the redacted information must be turned over to the House Committees.

Most likely, the WH will appeal the decision to the Appeals Court, hoping to stymie the impeachment investigation.

However, the Democrats are debating whether or not they even need the evidence from the Mueller report? Many believe they have all the evidence they need from just the Ukraine part of investigation.

If the Democrats continue on their present path of investigation, the White House appeal of the Grand Jury info in the Mueller Report will all be for naught.
