When was the Mueller report "debunked"?

Republicans, and especially Devin Nunes, have stated that several times during this weeks' hearings.

Did I miss something? I don't recall any of the Mueller Report being "debunked"?

I do recall AG Barr making a unilateral decision to deep-six it before it could ever be read. And it took him weeks to release some of it to the public?

Also, I recall many instances of collusion with the Russians, and I recall many instances where Donald Trump obstructed the investigation.

Was it "debunked"?

I don't remember that?

Have the Democrats already subpoenaed Giuliani, Bolton, Mulvaney, McGahn, Pence, Perry, and Pompeo?

How can there be a Senate trial without hearing from those witnesses??

Although they may defy the House subpoenas, could they also ignore Senate subpoenas in a Senate trial?

In my opinion, if the Democrats have not yet subpoenaed the above witnesses, it would be difficult to argue that a Senate trial would be fair to the American people.

There is no need for the Democrats to disarm if they go to the trial in the Senate. They should demand those witnesses appear.

I cannot see how it would be possible to deny their request?

Speaker Pelosi is very patient.

There will be no impeachment before it is time.

She understands that there will not come a time where Donald Trump is not involved in some sort of nefarious or criminal activity. He is not going to get religion and clean himself of his dirty associations anytime soon.

We can not predict what might happen in the next few weeks or month but we can predict that there will definitely be something. And it will only be added to the charges that are already there. There will come the time when people will not need to see any more evidence. It's a slow process but it is coming.

In my opinion, Speaker Pelosi will know when that time has arrived.

Winter is coming.

While the cat is away, the mice will play.

The Congress is getting ready to go home for their Thanksgiving leave. They believe they have finished the biggest part of their impeachment inquiry. When they return, they plan on voting on the Articles of Impeachment.

But, in times like these, much can happen in 10-12 days. Personally, I would be surprised to see the Holiday go by without a couple of bombshell stories. Something may come up with someone like Bolton, Mulvaney, or a Don McGahn? Or someone we might be totally surprised by?

By the time Congress returns, they may be ready for another week of hearings? This could be a very volatile holiday for some of them?

For every action, according to Newton, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This might especially apply to politics.

It was not an "irregular channel", it was a dysfunctional regular channel.

It was made dysfunctional by Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. It was an impossible environment for a functioning foreign policy.

Unfortunately, the "regular channel" consisted of everyone in the top echelons of the State Department. They were working for both Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani.

Just as Sondland said, "everyone was in the loop".

The State Department was weakened to the point where it was no longer capable of functioning.

The "de-construction of the administrative state"...

We are witnessing the results of the Steve Bannon policy of "de-construction of the administrative state" with our present State Dept.

From the beginning, with the hire of Rex Tillerson, they have chosen to shrink and weaken the State Department.

This is where it ends.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG)

https://www.dni.gov/ICIG-Whistleblower/

The "whistleblower" went thru the channels. He took his complaint to the ICIG, who then took it to the DNI, who was supposed to forward it to Congress.

Instead, he gave it to Bill Barr's Justice Department, who said there was nothing there.

If Nunes and the Republicans wish to expose the "whistleblower", there are several people they can contact to find out the information, one might think?

They need someone to blame.

Did anyone notice the facial expressions of Nunes and Republican Counselor after Sondland testimony?

It was one of exasperation.

What do we do now, sort of, look?

This testimony has pretty much locked down a "quid pro quo".

How much information do you expect from Gordon Sondland today?

Do you think he will try to claim some sort of "executive privilege"?

He is in this mess so deeply that the only way out for him is to tell the truth.

Or he can remain to stay inside and cover up the truth?

Expectations seem to be high that he has no choice but to tell what he knows?
