underpants's JournalOdd cuts/injuries in parts of your body that made you aware
Of how often you do things
Like a cut on weird part of your finger and you feel it every time you put your hands in your pockets.
Or, a few months ago I reached to close my car door. Tendons or ligaments or something in my left ring finger got strained. All the way up to the elbow. It hurt for a few weeks and I had no idea how often I sued that finger to do things (like opening the car window).

"I'm covered in Jesus' blood" (video at link)
The mayor of Monroe, Ohio, has asked the pastors of Solid Rock Church to stop holding packed services and encourage their parishioners to stay home to help fight the growing coronavirus outbreak. But thanks to religious services being exempt under Gov. Mike DeWines stay-at-home order, the church has continued to hold in-person gatherings.
This week, CNNs Gary Tuchman interviewed some of the churchs congregants, including one woman who explained that she enjoys supernatural protection from the virus and can travel wherever she wants.
I wouldnt be anywhere else, the woman said, referring to the church.
Arent you concerned you can infect other people if you get sick inside? Tuchman asks.
No, the woman responds. Im covered in Jesus blood.

Lounge creatures - Guitar lessons on line apps etc ? (cross posting in several forums)
Guitar lessons on line apps etc (cross posting in several forums)
So please excuse me.
Ive decided Im going to get something out of this situation and one of those was picking up the guitar again.
Any suggestions for FREE on line tutorials or apps?
Fender had a free thing going but apparently I was too late. Their free tutorial requires setting up payments for when it runs out.
I am looking for strumming and chords I guess. Picking at it (from my past attempts to learn) just doesnt seem in the cards for me. Ive tended to learn a few Christmas songs every year but then I put it back down. Im committed to at least 20 minutes a day because I definitely have the time.

It must be in the contracts (CBA) Milwaukee Buck's players have catered meals delivered
Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer and general manager Jon Horst are keeping players focused on improving every day in some way. Part of that includes consistent interaction with Bucks director of performance Troy Flanagan, who is working with the staff to keep players on track.
"So, obviously, they give us bands, a bike," Antetokounmpo said. "They provide us with workouts that we can do at home and also provide us with food. They have a catering company that brings us food for us and our families in the house.
"That's pretty much it," he continued. "We're supposed to stay home, do our workouts, take care of our bodies at home, and that's pretty much it."

❤️ Ponce Green, housekeeping manager at a Richmond Marriott, did this
RICHMOND, Va. -- The housekeeping manager at the Richmond Marriott Downtown had a simple, but powerful message he wanted to send co-workers. Instead of writing it out in a staff email, Ponce Greene let the light tell the story.
"Tough times don't last, but tough people do!" Greene posted on social media. "In the hospitality industry, we're the toughest. We will rebound and rebuild stronger than ever. Just wait."
Hotel spokesperson Connie Brewer said their rooms are not filled with tourists, rather airline crews, medical staffs, and people helping respond to COVID-19 crisis.
