LOL - eggs with Sean Spicer and Fox & Friends

So I get up to have the complimentary breakfast (not bad) at this Comfort Inn (not too good)we stayed at last night. On the TV is Fox News - Fox & Friends.

Topic - Democrats in denial about the Mueller report
Guest commentator- Sean Spicer

This is paraphrased but mostly accurate.

Spicer, “If you look at the news sources most Democrats and liberals get their news from they were all in on this Trump collusion subject and they can’t stop now. The major news publications New York Times Washington Post (lists several other newspapers) they’ve done about 8,500 stories on the supposed collusion. The so called major news networks ABC NBC CBS MSNBC CNN they’ve done about 3,200 stories on this. They just can’t stop now”

Co-host Pete Hegseth (suit filler and non-hand washer) wraps it up for the believers: “It shows how bad it is to only get your news from one source

I actually spit up my eggs laughing.

Trump backs off cutting Special Olympics funding.

#2 headline on ESPN

WASHINGTON -- President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he is backing off a budget request to eliminate funding for the Special Olympics, reversing course after his administration weathered days of criticism for the proposed cut.

Speaking to reporters as he left the White House for a rally in Michigan, Trump said he had authorized funding for the event. "I heard about it this morning. I have overridden my people. We're funding the Special Olympics.''

Trump's announcement came after Education Secretary Betsy DeVos spent days defending the proposal, which drew widespread criticism from lawmakers as well as advocates and celebrities. Even before the president stepped in, legislators said the cut was unlikely to be approved.

The president added: "I've been to the Special Olympics. I think it's incredible.''

Virginia "transformation" of Juvenile Justice gets a new leader. Short article - worth a follow up.

Virginia is losing the leader of a sweeping transformation of its juvenile justice system that has dramatically reduced the number of youth going into state custody and attempted to improve the odds of keeping kids who've left custody from returning.

Those alternatives include the proliferation of community programs overseen by Boykin and placements at local detention facilities, including the Chesterfield Juvenile Detention Home, for low-risk offenders and those transitioning from state youth prisons.

Boykin has played a big role in the department's contracting with more than 125 companies to provide evidenced-based services to rehabilitate juvenile offenders in their communities instead of imprisoning them and to help those leaving custody transition back to their homes.

The department also has changed its approach to running its youth prisons, now just Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center in Chesterfield. Instead of relying on a strict prison approach, the state instituted a community-based model in every residential unit to focus on engagement, rehabilitation and education.

"The work is not yet done," Boykin said.

My wife's response ...Classic

Me: Did you see the news?
Her: Good or bad?
Me: Mostly bad. No proof of collusion. Couldn't find he was guilty of obstruction but couldn't exonerate him either. This is according to the Attorney General's summary letter.

Her: Well that could be a big fucking lie

Do we know how long Mueller's Report is?

I've searched a couple of ways but I can't find any mention of the number of pages or anything about its size.

Anyone?
