he pugnaciously responded "sez WHO?" to every question the female interviewer asked him?
He was obnoxious and bullying and trying very hard to assert an on-offense position. All in on in-yer-face. "Sez WHO?" over and over and over again. That's how he answered every one of her questions.
Jerk. Mobster thug jerk.
