Destabilize the enemy. If they start hearing from an avalanche of angry callers pushing back,

it may not change their vote, but they won't get much sleep. And it may drive them to reach for the Maalox bottle every morning when they wake up. Might even make 'em think twice about staying in their jobs. Life's a lot more fun when you aren't under all that damn pressure all the time.

But your Dems can use the positive feedback to add calcium to their backbones.
