Wow. Never forget.

I've always wondered where we'd be, as a nation, now, if Bobby Kennedy had lived (and might even have been elected President). Well, we would not have had Watergate.

I did, too. I was incredibly impressed. Takes a WOMAN.

All these jackass prosecutors with their biases and cozy-in-bed relationships with the local cops - this young woman showed 'em all up.

THIS is how it's done. She was magnificent, I thought. Magnificent Ms. Mosby.

My husband said this morning - "the best man for the job is a woman."

What she said!!! "Accountability. You're getting it today." THE QUOTE OF THE YEAR.

Especially all their military surplus war toys.

Take their toys away! They CLEARLY do not know how to play safely with them. WWAMD. What would a mom do? What would that mom who yanked her kid forcibly away from the rioting do? Man, I would LOVE to see that!

Well, THAT certainly seems to cover it. I love what Mosby said:

"Accountability. You're getting it today."

Evidently so!

She's quite impressive. I would not be surprised to see higher office in her future. Maybe several.

And Bridget too??? Goodness me.

Sing birdies! SING! Maybe they can do harmony!

That's what Harry Reid said about women making gains in the Senate.

He loved it. I think it was during Rachel Maddow's interview with him. He said the Senate became steadily better as more women entered the picture. Less bullshit. Problems got worked on, and in some cases solved. More got done.

Welcome to DU, kathym06!

Glad you're here. Isn't this a remarkable photo? Just shatteringly remarkable. I'm in awe. I hope SOMEBODY has the good sense to hire this guy. He's seriously GIFTED.

Shit - same guy who took the Time magazine cover shot took this one too?

I saw this photo earlier. Made a copy of it. This one just sums it up. The expressions on the dad's and kid's faces tell it all. AMAZING photo. Hell, I don't even like using the word "amazing." It doesn't do this photo justice. This photo is Fucking Brilliant! A LANDMARK photo.

DAYUM! Somebody HIRE that guy! He is GIFTED! Just DAYUM! What a great eye he has. He's a freakin' ARTIST. VERY creative and observant candid shots and composition and emotional impact. He's doing Pulitzer Prize-winning work.

The Washington Compost!!!!! OMG! After THAT headline, they deserve it.

Did they even realize they were being played? Did they not smell something in that "he broke his own neck" conclusion? Instead of "chuck-todding" it like they did? "Oh, it's not OUR job to judge, or to call bullshit, or to NOT pass along deliberate and deliberately-contrived falsehoods! We just pass everything along unquestioned and unvetted and unchecked, and YOU be the judge. YOU do the work. We can't possibly be bothered. After all - GASP!!!! We might lose ACCESS!!!!!!!!!!!

That's why Cenk Uygur got screwed at MSNBC. The thin-skinned CONS in Washington complained that he wasn't being softball enough, and MSNBC caved. Got rid of him instead of telling THEM to go stuff it. I don't know why they're so afraid of losing access. They won't have dead air problems if they lose access to some Sore Loserman GOPers. There are PLENTY of other voices and faces to fill the void!!! Including most of those on our side who usually aren't sought after for that precious almighty ACCESS - at all.

About calimary

Female. Retired. Wife-Mom-Grandma. Approx. 30 years in broadcasting, at least 20 of those in news biz. Taurus. Loves chocolate - preferably without nuts or cocoanut. Animal lover. Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. Probably because he's a proud Democrat, too. Penmanship absolutely stinks, so I'm glad I'm a fast typist! I will always love Hillary and she will always be my President.
