And the automatic corollary to that one is - “so why shouldn’t I!?”

This entire sordid episode in American history will be a huge moral test. That saying “these are the times that try men’s souls” reverberates rather profoundly in the here and now. It will really be a test of character. Which side did you stand with? The side of political expediency, just try to get away with whatever you can? Or the side of what’s the right thing to do? That’s why I lean HARD toward IMPEACHMENT.
