Further, this brings back to the fore - what was said by his son Donald Junior (who denies it now) to John Kasich while trying to woo Kasich as a possible running mate. Pointing out that a President Trump's Vice President would be the most powerful VP in history - in charge of both domestic AND international affairs. Why? Because there are parts of the President's job that Trump doesn't want to do. (!?!!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??! I swear - that still floors me. Even writing it FLOORS me.) Remember what happened the last time we had a "most powerful VP in history?" His name was dick cheney, who also had a dim bulb mental-absentee "President" to partner with. And how'd THAT one work out?

And of course, Donald would be looking for all kinds of new ways to make money. Evidently the Russians are into him by hundreds of millions of dollars in loans and investments, because American banks don't want to deal with him anymore:

She's wealthy, she's got a gorgeous house, she's got all kinds of work opportunities through the Clinton Foundation that could keep her quite well occupied for the rest of her days. What the hell does she need this nonstop persecution for? I think I would have packed it in a long time ago.

Every time I see her or a photo of her, I can't help thinking about that Elton John song "I'm Still Standing." Should be her theme song!

It's been sheer agony for me to watch the "journalistic" malpractice on wide display.

Trump had just held his news conference where all this stuff about his possible connections to Russia came up (shit, they even asked him about it - color me shocked!), And what did she lead with at top-of-the-hour? Terry McAuliffe running his mouth off that she obviously felt was damaging to Hillary. ANYTHING to lead with dumping on Hillary. When, franky, I'm pleasantly surprised to see the Russian thing is starting to grow legs. But HER lead was whatever might reflect poorly on Hillary.

I think I tweeted about four or five times, on her page with criticism about this, questioning her VERY clear anti-Hillary bias.

My last tweet was about how I was so fed up with her anti-Hillary bias that I'm switching to CNN. Which I then did - for the rest of Andrea Mitchell's hour. Think I'll be making a habit of that. I wasn't exaggerating. I'm totally fed up with her "reporting." If she hates Hillary that much, she really should be working at Pox.

Probably a fairly young reporter who either wasn't paying attention back when that lying schmuck was rat-fucking ACORN, or she's too young to remember any of that.

I've heard a fair amount, during coverage of the Dem convention, about young people - who are TOO young to remember the 90s, the Clintons, the nonstop persecution of Hillary, or even the world-class criminality of bush/cheney that followed. The conversation was about how things that would be said about Hillary in speeches in Philadelphia would bring out things that many young people had never heard before. Hell, some of those, including Bill Clinton's speech last night, brought out some things that even seasoned reporters had not heard before. And they said so.

Charles Pierce in Esquire magazine has said as much.
