calimary
calimary's JournalAha! That's why I started smelling a whiff of sulfur.
She made quite a career out of denouncing, and rabble-rousing against, other women for pursuing careers.
There's one less vote for Trump! GOOD.
She won't be missed.
She's the one who got the Latino Trump supporter to cough up "taco truck on every corner", too.
VERY well-done. She's a HUGE asset to MSNBC. She belongs in a full-time slot.
I wouldn't mind seeing her replace the smug and mostly worthless Chuck Todd.
BOTH during the week AND on Sunday. We'd actually get some interviews with meat in them, instead of softballs, kid gloves, and puff pastry.
I think she's FABULOUS. I used to like her during her first round in the early afternoons on MSNBC. But that was a tiny pebble compared to the Rock of Gibraltar she's turned into. She's SO much better and more powerful now. She's better than EVER! She does need to be on weekdays. Preferably in prime time. I'd give her Chris Hayes's timeslot in a heartbeat, to put her on in prime time.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way she shuts down the rude filibustering motormouths for Trump. Does NOT let them get away with anything! She doesn't even let the "Democrat Party"-spouting CON idiots get away with that! Freakin' FABULOUS!!! I swear, there have been some moments when I've watched her in action and it literally made me jump up outta my chair and cheer out loud! I think I'm gonna dig up a spare Valentine card and send it to her to say thanks for the "Democrat Party" shut-down.
She even gave Amy Goodman some attention on the Native American protests in North Dakota - which has gotten NO coverage whatsoever in the mainstream media, at least that I've seen. Amy Goodman lacks pizazz so she'll never make the majors. And it's unfortunate, but that's how that world turns. Besides, I think if she were coiffed and styled and the network makeup artist took a turn with her, it probably would turn off her core audience. They'd see her as a sellout.
DO NOT HESITATE TO TWEET YOUR APPROVAL!
I believe it's a retweet when you click on the little two-arrow configuration below the tweet.
Underneath whatever it the tweet is that you want to retweet, there are three symbols.
-- Farthest to the left, there's a little left-pointing arrow, that, if you roll your cursor over it, says "reply".
-- Then there's the middle one: two arrows together, one pointing to the right and down, on top of another that points to the left and up. Roll your cursor over that one and it'll say "retweet." There will be numbers next to this one, I think, to denote how many times it's been retweeted. THIS IS THE ONE I THINK YOU WANT.
-- Then, last, farthest to the right, there is a small heart icon which, when you roll your cursor over it, denotes "like". There will also be numbers next to this one so you can see how many likes there are, and if you click on the little heart, it'll go from gray to red.
Beyond that, the farthest over to the right, are three dots. Roll your cursor over that, and it'll denote "more."
Pretty wordy but hey, I'm old and not 100% on these things. But I do have at least a minimal level of understanding. Then again, I'm really just getting started with the Twitter world. I recently realized that this is one way to communicate directly to these people I watch every day and who make me tear my hair sometimes.
ANYONE who'd like to join in? That'd be GREAT! And it would make all our efforts that much bigger, more noticeable, more impactful, and more effective.
Hey, if an internet nincompoop (like me) can do it, ANYBODY can do it!
And I hope we also can "DU" it!
Yep. Andrea Mitchell. And her little pal Kristen Welker. You need go no further. But I will!
Here's what I'm tweeting to everybody else:
Gotta say it. Trump fixation makes it look like YOU ALL are on his payroll. Negatives-only coverage of Hillary confirms it.

Here's my earlier post (here) about it:

And I upped the ante this morning, with Paul Krugman's latest. I've been sending THIS around:
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/05/opinion/hillary-clinton-gets-gored.html?smid=tw-share&_r=0 STOP the negative bias! STOP leading us to suspect YOU are on Trump's payroll. That's how it looks.
Then we need to be nanoprobes. OR Species 8472.
Captain Janeway figured it out.
But then again, they might WANT us to think resistance is futile...
I hope more people join in!
Greater numbers are our friend, and unavoidable for the lazy "journalists" who are flagrant offenders in this.
Did you see Krugman's column today? "Hillary Clinton Gets Gored"

I'm on a Twitter craze at the moment, to rub this in to as many in the chattering class as I can think of. Questioning whether they're on Trump's payroll (Andrea Mitchell...), for one thing.

I see Hillary Clinton Gets Gored is now trending on Twitter. GOOD!!!
