About Me

Female. Retired. Wife-Mom-Grandma. Approx. 30 years in broadcasting, at least 20 of those in news biz. Taurus. Loves chocolate - preferably without nuts or cocoanut. Animal lover. Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. Probably because he's a proud Democrat, too. Penmanship absolutely stinks, so I'm glad I'm a fast typist! I will always love Hillary and she will always be my President.

A very noble man.

It’s been awhile since we had one of those leading our country. About three years or so.

I remember after Carter took office, officially bringing to an end the miserable Nixon era, and he stated “I will never lie to you.” Yep. An American President actually announced that. And meant it. And lived up to it.

People entrenched in what we’ve got now have no conception about this dynamic.

The transition from bush/cheney to the Obama presidency is not quite a parallel, even though The Obama administration was credible, legitimate, and respectable after the criminality of bush/cheney.

But THIS, now, is beyond even bush/cheney.

Bookmarking.

There's MY President. With her daughter.

Dear God what we lost. What was stolen from us. What we could have had...

The House says "let me make this perfectly clear"!

Lots of reminders of the Nixon era these days ...

Yep!

BOOM!

And add another BOOM! from my husband!

I despise this smarmy little shirt-only schmuck.

Obnoxious cocky little piss-ant.

If you’re not careful, dude, donald’s gonna take YOU down with him, too.

Disheartening.

Yes indeed. We have had a three-year advanced course in studying

how he’s “done business” in midtown Manhattan and his various other properties, all his life. Lying, cheating, swindling, bullying, shaking people down, slithering away with his pockets bulging but leaving creditors, workers, contractors and subcontractors holding the bag. Selling his unsuspecting marks a pile of shit and skating away with ill-gotten gain. That’s how he’s lived his whole life.

Schmuck. Man, it’s gonna be hell by the time he finally has to pay the piper. More like - he’s gonna be IN Hell when he has to pay the piper. Or he’s gonna think it’s Hell.

Actually, she does.

Her supervisors are the San Francisco voters who sent her to Congress in the first place and then kept her there! And good luck calling them to complain, donald. They won’t even bother answering you.
