I wonder if the "patriots" so anxious to "water the tree of liberty with blood" have any first-hand

personal experience with shooting and killing people; with being shot at. I don't mean have they been in the military and had training in how to fire a weapon.

I mean have they ever been shot or shot another person?

Have they seen and smelled the blood, the chunks of human torn away from someone they ate breakfast with? Have they ever experienced the surreal bowel-emptying terror of seeing their own bright red blood spurting out rhythmically as their heart pounded? Have they ever shot at a real fellow human being instead of a firing range silhouette?

Only drugstore cowboys and GI Joe wannabes could be so eager to "go to war" rather than wear a damned piece of cloth over their face or even to put a maniac in power who despises them.

This transparently unconstitutional Texas lawsuit is not complicated. Despite the fact that these

nazi wannabes are not (yet) using guns and assassinations, this is plainly a coup attempt.

Texas and the other shameful and seditious states are urging the SCOTUS to THROW OUT all of the presidential votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia and prohibit those states from casting their 62 electoral votes. This would, of course, throw the election to Trump.

Donald Trump, Ken Paxton, Ted Cruz and every other invertebrate supporting this traitorous farce should be politically shunned; it should be made known that supporting them, cooperating with them or even voluntarily appearing with them is not just frowned upon; it is considered unpatriotic and maybe even immoral. After all, they seek the destruction of American democracy and the elevation of an amoral idiot to the position of American Dictator.

I am no expert, but it seems likely to me that many if not most of those supporting this coup attempt do so because they fear that a decent and honest administration will surely uncover their criminal actions and appoint prosecutors who cannot be threatened or purchased. I'd happily grant early releases to nonviolent drug offenders to make room in federal prisons for these arrogant Trump enablers.

These cultists should be harassed and called out for what they are any time they dare to appear in public. People in airports or restaurants or theaters should not permit them to pass without shaming them for joining the mob of smarmy whiners now further embarrassing themselves and our nation.

I hope I get the chance to do my part.

Reason is near death in America.

Until recently, American leaders---political and otherwise---at least attempted to articulate facts, precedents and rational conclusions to support or justify the policies or practices they were advocating. For example: "We should rapidly wean ourselves off fossil fuels because---(long list of verifiable facts, scientifically sound conclusions, extrapolations and predictions)".

We did not always agree with the positions taken or the policies advocated, but we could at least see some relationship between what they were urging and why they were urging it. Apparently, such niceties are not only no longer required, they are mocked and those who insist they are necessary are sometimes assaulted.

"We want what we want BECAUSE, damn it!" is the only "discussion" the anti-democratic unAmerican Trump radicals will engage in.

Statutes say it is a crime? The Constitution prohibits it?

"So fucking what? We want what---and who---we want BECAUSE, damn it!"

If reason is to be revived, these people must be neutralized. "Whatever it takes!"

Trump's losses in his election lawsuits are kinda like his lies:

there have been so many, most have stopped counting them.

Trump is a liar AND a loser. Period.

December 9, 2020

Probably a silly question, BUT-----

are there any "rule changes", "revised definitions", "additional requirements", etc. that Trump alone "enacted" by executive order---or tweet---- that President Biden cannot reverse or rectify with his own executive order?

December 9, 2020

To the foolish people who are still cheering and funding Trump at his "Stop the Steal" rallies:

do you really think that even if you were to cobble together some combination of perjury, blackmail and strong-arm thuggery that produced an announced nullification of a valid election that we would ALLOW that to happen? Are you so ignorant that you expect us to quietly accept Trump remaining in OUR White House?

I know that what passes for wisdom in your crowd holds that Democrats, liberals, progressives---pretty much anyone not a Trump ass-kisser---are weak and cowardly pushovers, but that is just about as true as "Trump is a stable genius".

The bag of pus you worship LOST! He is a Loser! Those who STILL---after four years of his astounding corruption and incompetence---support him are cut from the same tattered cloth as he is.

I will not make a threat, but I will make a prediction: any violent attempt to keep Trump in power will be a very painful experience for the pathetic loudmouthed losers who consider themselves warriors in "Trump's army".

Trump doesn't have an army. He has a gang of overweight malcontents who think brandishing an assault rifle while wearing camo somehow makes them patriots.

They'd best reconsider their "willing to die for Trump" attitudes. It would be a needless shame if they did.

Damn it! Let's just say it the way it is! McConnell has, so far, blocked the bipartisan bill to

get some assistance to millions of Americans before Christmas JUST BECAUSE IT WON'T PROTECT BUSINESSES FROM BEING SUED FOR DAMAGES if they negligently permit a work environment that infects employees with covid!

They don't even feel it necessary to conceal their primary concern. Given a choice between more dead Americans and protecting corporate profit, they openly choose to "dance with them what brung 'em!"

Kelly Loeffler said "Joe Biden is a radical liberal so---" "--cal liberal so---" "cal liberal

so---" "---cal liberal so---" "---cal lib---zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz---BWEEP!"

December 7, 2020

Given Loeffler's rote recitation of vacuous bumper sticker slogans, there are but two

likely conclusions to be drawn: either she is truly that stupid or she assumes her audience is.

I'm not sure if I should feel scared or insulted.
