I'm gonna make some chicken bone broth later today

I've been saving up drumstick bones from the air fryer and I'll make the broth in the pressure cooker, strain it, and freeze it for later. I use it instead of water when I make chili. It comes out pretty good.

I retired in August 2018. I live on my ranch in West Texas with 14 year old Miss Daisy. I spend my days gardening, canning, doing ranch upkeep, cooking, cleaning, laundry, doing the dishes, going for walks, taking naps, and watching tv. That's good enough for me.
