Georgia judge dismisses 3 charges against Trump; tells prosecutors they can re-indict those charges - Glenn Kirschner



Judge Scott McAfee, the judge presiding over the Georgia state RICO prosecution, granted a defense motion to dismiss six of the charges in the indictment, including three of the charges against Donald Trump. Judge McAfee ruled the there was not enough specificity in the indictment regarding the precise nature of the crimes being charged. However, the judge told prosecutors they can cure the technical defect in the indictment be re-indicting the charges with greater specificity.
