ecstatic's JournalDo fox news viewers know anything about the scandal that's unfolding?
And if so, how are they reacting? Do they still support tucker and the other hosts who were privately mocking them? Do they feel betrayed? Are they still in denial? Are they done with fox news? If so, what are they watching now?
What should we expect with regard to HOW trump's indictment / extradition / arrest is carried out?
Will DA Willis ask him to report to the Fulton County jail at his own leisure, take pics, post bail and leave, or will we see something more dramatic? I would love to see something similar to what happened with Peter Navarro.
Chris Cuomo: 'I Was Going to Kill Everybody Including Myself' After CNN Firing
Cuomo has since launched a new show on NewsNation, but his ratings pale in comparison to his CNN run. The New York Post reported that Cuomos NewsNation show earned just 147,000 viewers during its October 2022 debut. The anchor told Scaramucci that he knows hes not going to be number one in the ratings.
Ill never be that again. That was taken from me, I believe wrongly, Cuomo said. Ill litigate that. Im not going to bitch about it in the press Im trying to remember what Ive been through every day, and not forgetting and falling back into what works and what will rate more and what will get me higher on the media list and what will get more people talking about me.
In a lawsuit filed last March, Cuomo alleged that his career has suffered damages in excess of $125 million and suggested CNN had allowed several of his one-time colleagues to violate standards and practices in a bid to keep viewership just as it did with him. The anchor also said his firing by CNN late last year cost him nearly $15 million in salary that he would have earned if he had served out his last contract.

Yikes! I was disappointed when he was fired (even though his guest choices were infuriating at times), but wow! It looks like he really needed a break after all.
A startup says it's begun releasing particles into the atmosphere, in an effort to tweak the climate
Its not technically difficult to release such compounds into the stratosphere. But scientists have mostly (though not entirely) refrained from carrying out even small-scale outdoor experiments. And its not clear that any have yet injected materials into that specific layer of the atmosphere in the context of geoengineering-related research.
Thats in part because its highly controversial. Little is known about the real-world effect of such deliberate interventions at large scales, but they could have dangerous side effects. The impacts could also be worse in some regions than others, which could provoke geopolitical conflicts.
Some researchers who have long studied the technology are deeply troubled that the company, Make Sunsets, appears to have moved forward with launches from a site in Mexico without any public engagement or scientific scrutiny. Its already attempting to sell cooling credits for future balloon flights that could carry larger payloads.

What could possibly go wrong? We need legislation ASAP... Not just for geoengineering but all the other emerging or fully implemented new technologies.
On a side note, Fox News doesn't change who you are
I randomly happened upon fox news when I was around 19 years old. Had never voted. Didn't align myself with any party. Wasn't into politics. But I started watching when I happened upon a provocative show from an asshole--the disgraced, deplatformed Bill O'Reilly. I disagreed with everything he said but I couldn't look away. So I would hate watch him every night. I would send emails, one of which was read on the show. Lol. Then I started hate watching other shows on the network. Nowadays I can't stomach any of it but that's what I did back then.
Anyway, my example suggests that Fox and hate radio can't change a normal, empathetic person into a right-wing asshole. Even when they're a blank slate. The right wing asshole has to already be there, waiting to hatch or further emerge. And I hate to use the term "right-wing asshole" because it sounds rude. Call it a mean streak. The thing is, a lot of people with that streak come across as the nicest people you'd ever meet. But the streak is there, lurking beneath the surface.
Three friends in Cobb County Georgia have not received their ballots yet
That's really suspicious to me considering they all have different addresses. The last day of early voting before election day is this Friday. I asked them to call the Georgia voters' hotline ASAP. The number is 1-888-730-5816 for anyone else in the same boat. I voted in person so I'm not sure if I would have met the same fate. I didn't trust kemp enough to do that this time around.

Interesting email I received from the US Department of Education
So right away I'm intrigued because I had already heard that the forgiveness measures had been squashed.
We received your application or have the income information to process you for loan relief. You do not need to take any further action at this time.
Unfortunately, a number of lawsuits have been filed challenging the program, which have blocked our ability to discharge your debt at present. We believe strongly that the lawsuits are meritless, and the Department of Justice has appealed on our behalf. We will keep your application information and will continue our review of your eligibility if and when we prevail in court. We will update you when there are new developments.

Well done but they should have gone further in singling out republicans specifically. Vague references to "lawsuits" allow republicans to continue to gaslight and lie to Americans. Start calling them out by name, dammit!!
"GOD gives women a choice"
Brilliant point by Warnock. It's not a direct quote, but that line really confused the republican moderator and Herschel. lol
Why is it so confusing?
Some of the jurors on steve bannon's trial don't know about Jan 6?
According to Glenn Kirshner on Morning Joe. Sorry, but that's impossible. I just hope they are not magats pretending to be clueless.
