ecstatic's JournalI don't think anyone needs to apologize because I strongly believe complaining made a difference
We complained and demanded justice until Bragg, Garland and others were forced to listen. I think they wanted to turn the page and move on. I don't believe this day would be here had we not put continuous pressure on them.
Schiff and others from the January 6th committee were EXTREMELY frustrated with Garland to the point where they were calling him out on national television. He finally did something in appointing the special prosecutor.
Similarly, Bragg had quietly moved on until Pomerantz called him out in his book.
Just my opinion, of course. Those who wish to apologize are free to do so.
Anyway, cheers! 🥂🎊🎈🥳🤗😁
Is it safe to celebrate?
Or are we still waiting for something additional from Bragg? Is trump guaranteed to face felony charges in NY?
What should be done to stop trump from posting?
I mean, most of the damage has already been done. He has already riled up the troops. But can anything be done to stop him from making more posts? Emergency gag? Anything? And who has the authority or power to stop him? Because now is the time to take action, not after someone is killed.
Question for attorneys...
How can you tell if a party in a case has turned over ALL records, text messages, emails, etc.? I know part of it is that if one party turns in everything and those parts are missing from the other person's records, that's a huge red flag. But what about when there is no other person to compare to?
Regarding the 4 Americans kidnapped & murdered in Mexico

CNN injected this tidbit into the conversation and I'd like to know which official said that and why? For me, it comes across as dismissive, racist and also providing cover to the cartels. I don't see any other references to "Haitian drug smugglers" sneaking around Mexico--it doesn't make logical sense. I see references to Mexican drug smugglers in Haiti, but not the other way around. So why throw that out there?
