If Trump makes it far enough to campaign for 2020 what derogatory name should he be tagged with?

Something similar to "Crooked Hillary" but taking it a few steps further because he is has clearly been caught breaking the law now numerous times. Like Grifter in Chief, Mr. Treason, Benedict Donald, unindicted co-conspirator, serial lawbreaker, Putin Treason Puppet, creepy porn star solicitor.

I am sure you all can come up with some that are a lot better than mine.

I will take the best ones and we can do a poll later.

Fox guest reveals to Shep Smith why New York's attorney general could take down Trump before Mueller

MARTIN CIZMAR
18 DEC 2018 AT 15:44 ET

On Tuesday, the New York Attorney General’s office announced that it had secured an agreement to disband President Donald Trump’s personal charity as part of a lawsuit into the organization’s many alleged misdeeds.

Fox News host Shep Smith dedicated two segments to the charity scam, which infamously included paying $10,000 for a portrait of Trump.

Former prosecutor Bob Bianchi said that the news about Trump’s charity folding under the weight of state-level prosecution was possibly more consequential than the day’s developments related to former Trump aide Michael Flynn.

A country doesn't have to be an enemy for your dealings to be trason

One of the Pundits on CNN seemed to have that part wrong.

treason
n. the crime of betraying one's country, defined in Article III, section 3 of the U.S. Constitution: "Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort." Treason requires overt acts and includes the giving of government security secrets to other countries, even if friendly, when the information could harm American security. Treason can include revealing to an antagonistic country secrets such as the design of a bomber being built by a private company for the Defense Department. Treason may include "espionage" (spying for a foreign power or doing damage to the operation of the government and its agencies, particularly those involved in security) but is separate and worse than "sedition," which involves a conspiracy to upset the operation of the government.

MSNBC reporter stunned after ferocious judge suggests Mike Flynn be charged with treason

MSNBC’s Pete Williams was stunned by the ferocity of Judge Emmet Sullivan, who is taking “a much harder line” with the sentencing of President Trump’s former national security advisor Michael Flynn, convicted for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia.

“This is a rattlesnake judge shaking the rattle,” said Williams, clearly startled by Sullivan’s signal that he would ignore the joint recommendation of both the defense and the prosecution that Flynn serve no jail time. “He is saying look out, because he is prepared to give him a sentence in prison and strongly suggesting that the defense take the hint and delay this sentence to see if there is more cooperating that they can do.”

Williams said Sullivan was outraged that Flynn had lied to the FBI while in the White House, and slammed the defendant for “acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government while he was serving as national security adviser.”

“He said at one point that he found Flynn’s behavior disgusting, and astonishingly, asked at one point if Mueller’s team ever considered charging Mike Flynn with treason,” a clearly gobsmacked Williams reported. “I have a hard time understanding that, because treason means aid and comfort to the enemy, and I’m not sure what enemy the judge is thinking of.”

Alan Dershowitz ruthlessly mocked after his pro-Flynn talking points get destroyed at sentencing

TOM BOGGIONI
18 DEC 2018 AT 12:25 ET

After disgraced former national security adviser Michael Flynn walked back his comments defending his lying to FBI investigators and threw himself at the mercy of the court for sentencing, Twitter users piled on legal scholar Alan Dershowitz who insisted that lying to federal investigators isn’t a crime.

Dershowitz, who has fashioned himself into an available cable news commenter always willing to defend President Donald Trump, has been on the pro-Flynn bandwagon for weeks now, cobbling together an argument that the FBI acted improperly.

In a recent column posted at The Hill 24-hours before Flynn faced the judge, Dershowitz wrote, “The media is asking the wrong question about the Michael Flynn case. They are asking whether Flynn lied or the FBI acted improperly, as if the answers to those two questions are mutually exclusive. The possibility that both are true, in that Flynn did not tell the truth and that the FBI acted improperly, is not considered in our hyper partisan world where everyone, including the media, chooses a side and refuses to consider the chance that their side is not perfectly right and the other side not perfectly evil.”

'You sold your country out!' Judge delivers scathing smackdown of Michael Flynn during sentencing

Snip:

Then Sullivan started absolutely tearing into Flynn for his offenses.

“You were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the national security adviser to the president of the United States!” Sullivan fumed. “Arguably, this undermines everything this flag over here stands for! Arguably, you sold your country out!”

Sullivan continued by saying, “I’m not hiding my disgust, my disdain for this criminal offense.”
