IS DONALD TRUMP CRIMINALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CORONAVIRUS DEATHS

Glenn Kirschner: I actually think he will see charges brought in each jurisdiction in which people have died as a result of his gross negligence. So I have a feeling that he has got a lot of criminal legal exposure coming at him beginning in January 2021.

I just planted a wisteria next to a dying bush in my front yard hoping it will cover it

The bush has very little life on it and a number of branches that stick out a bit. The wisteria should start entwining all over the dead and slightly alive branches in a matter of weeks. Any gardners out there who have tried something like this? If so what were the results?

'Strike again': US scientist predicts coronavirus return in fall

Fauci says it won't be a repeat of the major crisis with testing etc. available, but with Trump in charge I worry hardly any of that will be in place.

But Dr Anthony Fauci says if the virus does re-emerge, it would not be a repeat of the major crisis the US faces now.

Coronavirus will likely "strike again" in the fall in the United States, according to the top American scientist tackling the disease.

Dr Anthony Fauci, who is spearheading the White House Coronavirus Task Force, said he expects COVID-19 will reappear in a second wave in the October-November period.

It would not be the first time a virus reappeared in the fall. The H1N1 outbreak in 2009 struck twice in the US, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

After initially peaking in May and June, a second wave of H1N1 hit again in late October. In August 2010, the World Health Organization finally announced the pandemic was over.

But Fauci said if coronavirus does re-emerge, it would not be a repeat of the major crisis the country is in now.

First, the US's ability to "test, identify, isolate and contact trace will have significantly improved", Fauci said.

In addition, several clinical trials for potential COVID-19 treatments are under way, he said, adding he hopes at least one will be available by fall. There are also multiple vaccine candidates, one of which is "on track".

Why don't they use ECMO machines to oxygenate blood outside the body for covid19 patients?

Do they not manufacture many of these? Seems if your lungs are filled with fluid and no longer working this would be the thing to do. I am sure there is something I don't understand. Just curious as to what that is.

Snip: It pumps and oxygenates a patient's blood outside the body, allowing the heart and lungs to rest. When you are connected to an ECMO, blood flows through tubing to an artificial lung in the machine that adds oxygen and takes out carbon dioxide; then the blood is warmed to body temperature and pumped back into your body.

A star is born - Evergreen

Hopefully this can stay. I was just looking at how beautiful Barbra Streisand was in those days. I am sure the women will be thinking how hunky Chris Kristofferson was. By the way, my sister met Chris Kristofferson on a flight and she said he was extremely approachable and would look you right in the eye. Very kind man!

Where can I get a face mask? I am getting all kinds of emails for them but don't trust those

They seem like scams. Should I just order one on Amazon? I can't find any in stores.
