However, it would probably be more helpful for people IMHO to keep some of those reservations private than air them out quite so publicly. I'm not suggesting that people have to gush over him or act like he's the Messiah or anything like that but it would probably be more helpful for Obama's re-election prospects to spend more time pointing out his successes (even if you don't think that they were perfect, he did get some things accomplished that can be built on later) and attacking the Republicans and, more importantly embrace of the extremist Tea Party ideology than constantly bemoaning what you feel are Obama's betrayals, disappointments, etc. The Republicans didn't talk George W. Bush down when he was running for re-election- even though I'm sure some of them had some misgivings about him- and it's not going to help Obama's re-election prospects to spend a lot of time airing all of our grievances against him and making it seem like a "lesser of two evils" situation (when that is not really even what it is IMHO). It certainly is NOT going to help with GOTV and/or enthusiasm. We've got the more solid, intelligent, and "adult" person on our side-even if we don't agree with him 100% of the time. We need to be proud/thankful for that and make sure people understand that IMHO! At any rate, Congress IMHO is really going to be the key to getting what we want in terms of legislation. Having a completely Republican-controlled Congress and/or WH is NOT going to help advance a more progressive 99%-focused agenda AT ALL!

but if he thinks it's so easy (and if he has the "balls" for it), why doesn't he run? 
It's much easier to snipe at the President on the sidelines than it is to have to work everyday with an extremely hostile Congress, a large portion of which wants to see you fail. This isn't even to mention the fact that Obama accomplished a LOT during his first TWO years in office. Maybe it's not everything that everybody wanted or how they might have wanted it but c'est la vie! The public certainly didn't do anybody any favors in 2010 when approximately 60% of the public stayed home and allowed the majority of the other 40% to inflict the teabaggers on us in Washington DC and several state capitols. 
Has the Republican Party essentially boxed itself in for 2012?
I see them stuck in a virtual no-win scenario for 2012, primarily because of their Tea Party caucus. Their *strongest* (viable) nominee in the GE appears to be Romney because of ability to at least seem to be the most *moderate* and *reasonable* Republican to GE voters, particularly since he was previously governor of a blue state, a deep blue state to boot. However, in order to win, Romney will also need to keep the Tea Party caucus in line, so he can't stray too far to the center but he also can't stray too far to the loony right either and keep the moderates and independents together. Actually, this is pretty much the same dilemma that any GOP nominee is going to face and victory over President Obama will depend entirely on the ability of the eventual nominee to keep things together on both ends and I'm having a hard time figuring out how anybody is going to successfully "thread the needle" and win in 2012 unless they find a candidate that can do both. I thought for a hot second that Rick Perry might be that candidate but he collapsed pretty quickly when it came to light that he's not "heartless" enough on illegal immigration. Romney and Huntsman can easily hold the moderates and the indies well enough in the GE but I don't think most conservatives trust them to be conservative enough. The rest of the nominees (Bachmann, Paul, Santorum, Gingrich) could hold the Tea Party crazies well enough but won't win the moderates and indies. Either way, barring the late entry of other Republican would-be nominees and a major economic and/or foreign policy disaster on Obama's watch, I just don't see how the GOP wins this one. I know it's still "early" (though getting later) but still....... Does anybody else see things differently?

what parts of Romneycare are ok just for Massachusetts and not the rest of the country. I guess he believes that people living under teabagger state governments should be forced to have worse health care/coverage?
Sometimes the only way to win the game
is to not play it. Boehner fought hard to get a Republican majority in the House and get elected Speaker. It's his responsibility to lead. The failings of members of Congress cannot and should not be perpetually dropped in Obama's lap. Furthermore, yeah, I think that everybody is sick and tired of all of this ridiculous "brinksmanship." Thank you, Mr. President!

Google+ Profile Problems
I signed up for a Google+ account a couple of weeks ago and my profile was promptly suspended because of how I had written my name. I have a somewhat unusual spelling and I put how to pronounce it in quotation marks and I guess that's a big no-no. It was just carried over from my original Google Account, so I didn't know that it was problematic until now. Well, I went in and fixed it but now I've just been sitting on my hands waiting on Google to "unsuspend" my profile. Anybody had this happen to them and how long did it actually take for them to re-activate your profile? Is there any number and/or e-mail address you can contact Google directly at to resolve this?

Strange Windows (7) Startup Issue
For some time now (not sure when exactly it started), I've been having a box pop up during Windows log on displaying a list of programs and asking me what program I want to use to open a file (my name) but I don't even know what the file is let alone what program to use. Has anybody had a similar problem and if so, how did you fix this. It's not hampering the computer's performance but it is irritating and I'd love to get rid of it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks! BTW is there a way to do a screen print here?
