If You Always do What You've Always Done, You Always Get What You Always Got

This is on MSNBC, from a Flint Michigan resident on why he's voting for Bernie Sanders.

He added further: "Hillary is Old School. It's time for a change."

Rubio and Trump exchange insults

If Trump is elected, how many days before Congress impeaches him?

Just curious. Ballpark, are we talking days, weeks, or months?

Scrambled Race to Replace U.S. Rep. Ruben Hinojosa

Feb. 16, 2016 PHARR, TX — Nine candidates filled the stage at a Monday night debate in the contest to replace retiring U.S. Rep. Rubén Hinojosa, an Edinburg Democrat. But the evening's lone personal shot was directed at the retiring incumbent rather than anyone's competition.

“I have the charisma to be able to get this done,” said law student and Democratic hopeful Ruben Ramirez. “Part of the reason we have failed in Washington — and when I say ‘we,’ I mean our current congressman — is because he lacks that charisma.”

That was the closest thing to mudslinging at a forum that focused mostly on infrastructure, education, economic, border and drug policy. And with the exception of marijuana legalization, the Democrats agreed with each other.

An open-seat U.S. House race is sure to draw a packed field, and nine candidates — six Democrats and three Republicans — are aiming to succeed the 10-term congressman.

Never Surrender

Do not surrender even when defeated,
and do not be a slave even in bondage,
trembling with fear advance bravely,
and attack with fury, though badly wounded.

Be as stubborn as a rusting nail,
that refuses to yield though old and ruined,
and do not envy the peacock's plumage,
that drops in fear at the first noise.

Be as a god that never cries,
or as a devil that never prays,
or as the oak whose mighty canopy,
needs of water but does not beg it.

Even when it rolls to the dust,
let your head scowl and bite,
and scream for vengeance.

Regarding Apple. Here's the deal as I see it

No links, no sources. This is my personal opinion only. Take it for what it's worth.

Breaking encryption on a phone is a violation of the 5th amendment right against self incrimination.

In the cyber era, a phone, a computer, or any device where we keep personal information is an extension of our self, of our Id.

And prying into these devices is the cyber equivalent of forcing self-incriminating testimony against ourselves.

Based on this, it should be ruled unconstitutional to crack the encryption on any device holding personal information as a violation of the fifth amendment against self incrimination.

There. I've said it.

Flame away.
