Should candidates for federal office be considered officers of the United States?

Should candidates for federal office be required to take an oath of office so that if they reject the results of an election, after exhausting all legal remedies to challenge the results, they still refuse to accept the results of the election, they then be declared automatically in insurrection against the constitution of the United States and be barred from holding federal office ever again?

I think that would put an end to this Republican strategy of never accepting the results of an election when they lose.

Youtube's recommendation server is weird.

So most everybody knows that if you select a video on youtube and watch it, youtube will then offer other similar videos to watch, to keep you engaged.

Well, I search for a lot of videos about the Orange Taint just to see what the latest courtroom disaster has been.

So today, Youtube started recommending videos to me about rabid wild animals...

Don't know if it's a coincidence or whatever, but it leaves me wondering what the connection is.

Monday, I'll be axed to leave the company

Yes, pun intended.

After 15 years of impeccable service, and at age 67, allofasudden I'm a trouble maker with a bad attitude and given a choice to take a humiliatingly paltry severance package, or continue to work for the company under threat that the next infraction will result with termination for cause with no severance and no unemployment insurance. Boy, life sure turns around in a hurry.
