https://kyivindependent.com...

Russian forces kidnapped Ihor Murashov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, when he was on his way home on Sept. 30, according to state nuclear company Energoatom.

They stopped Murashov's car and pulled him out of it, Energoatom head Petro Kotin said in a statement on Oct. 1. &quot They) blindfolded him and took him in an unknown direction," Kotin wrote. "There is no information about Murashov's whereabouts and his fate."

'You're going to die': Jan. 6 rioter who filmed himself assaulting officers pleads guilty

Ronald Sandlin's video footage from the attack on the Capitol includes him celebrating with a selfie and smoking marijuana.

Tennessee resident Ronald Sandlin, 35, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers.

Sandlin's friends and co-conspirators, Nathaniel DeGrave and Josiah Colt, previously pleaded guilty: DeGrave to the same two felonies as Sandlin, Colt to felony obstruction.

The trio attended the "Stop the Steal" rally in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6, but watched Trump's speech from a TGI Fridays in Virginia where they were having lunch. After they arrived in D.C., Sandlin repeatedly referred to the U.S. Capitol as the "State Capitol building" before storming the building as alarms blared, court documents show. He then joined the mob to try to open fire doors to let more rioters in, grabbing an officer’s helmet in the process.

“Get out of the way! Your life is not worth it today,” Sandlin told officers, as he recorded himself. “You’re going to die, get out of the way!”

Two retired LPD officers named in Oath Keepers data leak

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Two retired Lafayette Police Department officers are named in a recent leak of Oath Keepers emails and membership logs.

Distributed Denial of Open Secrets — a non-profit "devoted to enabling the free transmission of data in the public interest," according to the group's website — recently leaked about 5 gigabytes of data from the servers of the Oath Keepers.

The Oath Keepers are a far-right, anti-government group that targets current and former military and law enforcement members. At least 26 Oath Keepers have been arrested in connection to last year's Jan. 6 Capitol riots, including the group's founder, Stewart Rhodes, who is facing trial on federal conspiracy charges.

News 18 isn't naming the retired officers identified in the leak because they haven't been arrested or charged with a crime, and were retired at the time of their affiliation with the group.

Judge Cannon is being told what to do. The source is not Trump

It's really hard not to normalize things. You see a judge, and you assume the judge speaks for herself. It's how it always is and has been. Judge Cannon IS politicized of course. But while it's Trump who appointed her, it wasn't Trump who made sure she was the one appointed.

Far be it for us to correct or modify legal Twitter. We have a behavioral observation re: Judge Cannon. Legal minds discuss her incompetence, lack of humility and fealty to a man who appointed her. Here's what we see: Judge Cannon is being told what to do. The source is not Trump

Even the decision to bring the case away from the magistrate to Judge Cannon, had to have come from a source whose motivation had less to do with Trump's criminality and more with protecting the right from an October disaster. The source serves the right. Cannon serves the source
