That hundreds and hundreds of PoC, as well as other minorities sign up here and begin actively posting. Until the jury system is dumped or at least radically reformed, this is the only way that any kind of under the radar racism can be counteracted. Right now, unless someone says something really obvious or uses the n-word, everything goes.

As I said, I know it's not enough, but it is my best. We non-PoC need to take your (the AA community) word on what is racist and what is not. I think the AA community IS the expert. That's how I see it. It's pretty simple to me. Very simple.

Every year it's been up for renewal, Congress has voted to continue these programs. But this year, some members of Congress have held up a vote while they argue over the budget. With session ending today, we must act now to keep the pressure on Congress to take swift action.
Your senators can push the committee considering this legislation to act. Tell them to support the Older Americans Act!

WASHINGTON (AP) — Introducing himself as the "big elf," President Barack Obama on Wednesday exclaimed "Ho, Ho, Ho" and made merry as he delivered a pair of giant red sacks filled with toys and other gifts to the Marine Corps' annual Toys for Tots campaign.
First lady Michelle Obama has been the traditional bearer of the gifts, which have been donated annually by White House staffers. But this time she decided to bring a pair of extra hands to the Washington military base where the unwrapped toys are collected. They brought about 1,000 items.
"I'm the big elf," Obama said as he introduced himself. He thanked the Marine Corps for starting the annual toy drive in the 1940s. Since then, the Toys for Tots campaign has distributed more than 469 million toys to more than 216 million less fortunate children, Obama said.
"That's a lot of dollhouses, that's a lot of Ninja Turtles," he said.

A working prototype of The Machine should be ready by 2016, says Bresniker. However, he wants researchers and programmers to get familiar with how it will work well before then. His team aims to complete an operating system designed for The Machine, called Linux++, in June 2015. Software that emulates the hardware design of The Machine and other tools will be released so that programmers can test their code against the new operating system. Linux++ is intended to ultimately be replaced by an operating system designed from scratch for The Machine, which HP calls Carbon.

I haven't been to many. The best one was probably my very first one, 1974 Tampa Stadium, with CSN&Y and other acts. I was 16. My older brother took me, thanks bro! You rock! 
I run IE sometimes (Opera is my fave), however....
1- It's ALWAYS patched up to date
2- I'm running Windows 10
3- I'm very careful which sites I go to
4- I NEVER use it for my banking website
5- I'm very careful what I download
6- I very rarely get malware or viruses (last time because of a silly download)
7- The first sign of anything weird, I run a malware scan manually and a virus scan
with TWO or THREE different programs. It almost always comes back empty.
Am I recommending that anyone else run IE ? No, of course not.
If you're really worried about security with IE, you can go into the settings and manually turn off anything even the slightest bit risky. Browsing the net then becomes a royal pain in the ass, but hey, you're pretty much 100% safe.
Microsoft needs to completely disentangle IE from the OS. That's the big problem with IE.
If you're really concerned about security, you run Linux. Period. Linux has been known to get a few viruses, but on the whole Linux is free from attack. If Linux ever becomes the dominant default operating system for consumers (up from around 5%), then the hackers and criminals will target it. The Linux community will then stay super busy patching holes. With Linux, you also have to type in your password manually for every significant operation.
tl,dr: Don't run IE like me, but it's not uber-sucky like IE6.
