Rudy Giuliani, the mayor of New York City during the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, said Monday that there were no "successful radical Islamic terrorist attacks in the U.S." before President Obama took office.
The former mayor made the comments, which were swiftly lambasted on social media, while introducing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump at a campaign event in Youngstown, Ohio.
"Under those eight years before Obama came along, we didn't have any successful radical Islamic terrorist attacks in the U.S.," he said. "They all started when Clinton and Obama came into office."
The statement came less than a minute after he mentioned that 9/11 constituted the deadliest foreign attack on U.S. soil since the War of 1812.
OK this is hilarious - celebrations at the end of the Bolt race in New York
shut down parts of JFK as the banging of furniture etc., led to someone calling the police about gunshots. There were no gunshots but parts of the airport and a road leading to it were closed.
Guess what they played at the stadium after Bolt won his third consecutive 100M GOLD?

It's increasingly possible that Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, is a con artist.
There are ways to find out. In February, Business Insider's video team asked psychology and science writer Maria Konnikova, author of a book about con artists, "The Confidence Game: Why We Fall For It...Every Time," what the science says about whether or not Trump really is a con artist.
Both con artists and politicians tend to score highly on tests designed to identify the so-called "dark triad" of personality traits. Dark personalities are associated with:
Machiavellianism, or being manipulative. This is something Trump has been accused of time and time again, for knowing exactly what will get him the most attention.
Narcissism, or loving yourself too much. Trump is known for complimenting himself, calling himself successful, smart, among other glowing adjectives.
Psychopathy, or lacking empathy. Trump showed that yesterday in his response to the Orlando massacre, taking congratulations for saying this kind of event would happen.
But really, it all comes down to one factor that separates the con from the politician: intent.

Fox News gets new presidents after Roger Ailes resignation

Rupert Murdoch has named company veterans Jack Abernethy and Bill Shine as co-presidents to lead Fox News after chief executive officer Roger Ailes resigned last month following sexual harassment allegations.
Abernethy is chief executive of Fox Television Stations and Shine is senior executive vice president at Fox, a unit of Twenty-First Century Fox.
Both men worked at Fox when it launched in 1996. They will report to Murdoch, who has been running the day-to-day operations of the cable network on an interim basis. The appointments are effective immediately, Fox said.
