First thing he does is look her up and down - I know that look. It's fleeting, but telling. Women are familiar with this.
Then, Kayleigh aka Karen goes about shuffling and explaining the chart to him. He cuts her right off, ignoring her and dismissing her as she backs away all pandering like.
