Starting day # 3 with the same outfit. I might change and take a shower.

Croc shoes, Cabela’s wool socks, women’s cameo yogi pants (12 $s @ CVS),
gym shorts, a teamster’s 507 t-shirt made out of some kind of material that
holds body odors, an ibex Marino wool sweater, and a Mich. State ball cap ….
I knew her for 30 + years until the breast cancer she had been fighting for 8 to
10 years caught back up with her in the late summer or early fall of ‘22 and she
passed about a year ago.

I think I will put everything I have on straight into the washer before my shower.
Btw one of the differences between being in my little house and the hospital/nursing
home is that I get to use my own products to wash, shampoo, and shave vs the
institutional grade products @ the home. They were made by Mcesson and they had a
product that did your body, shampoo, and shave cream all in one and the tooth paste
which I tried 1 time for about 30 seconds.

Btw I use cheap products too. VO5, head and shoulders, old spice body wash, arm and
hammer tooth paste and generic anti plaque mouthwash.

Joe Biden is a truly transformational as President.

Some really big things are getting done by President Biden, his administration, others he has
worked with, and foreign leaders too.

Examples:

Food as Medicine…. The Biden Administration, insta cart, feeding America, and others are working
to put an end to hunger in America. I know that it might not be possible but if you are not able to
concentrate @ your job because you are worried about your kids having enough food to eat how
can you do your best @ your job?

Restoring, protecting, and hopefully removing the dams on wild run salmon and trout waters.
This is being done in the Pacific Northwest with the team work of two Governors and some
of the Native Americans who live around the rivers. This kind of restoration goes both ways
with the flow of energy, food, and sediments on out to the ocean via the river’s estuaries and
then that flow of energy is reversed when the salmon and trout work their way back upstream.

1 million acres of lands close to the Grand Canyon to become a forever park called In our
ancestor’s footsteps. This honors the Native People and preserves the lands as a gift to our
Grandchildren.

These Ukrainian fighters are not going to be defeated by Russia now some will die and or
get gravely wounded but they and their allies from around the world are “World Class Bad
Asses” and they are not playing for 2nd place. Ivan in Ukraine has 3 choices:

Die or get crippled in Ukraine.

Surrender to the U.A. and or its Allies

Go back to Russia and help put a bullet in Putin’s brain pan.

So according to the link posted below Comer knew that Smirnov was "Russian Dirty" last summer

And still used him to spread misinformation about the Bidens along with his
other Republican colleagues. I.O.W. Comer was knowningly working to spread
Russian propaganda in order to hurt our President and our Democracy. Why is
he still in Congress? And when will Garland be removed from the DoJ because he
either knew about Smirnov being “Russian Dirty” and did nothing or he was just bad
@ his job.

When did Comer, Garland, and so on know that the star witness was “from Russia with love?”

In impeachment #1 who was involved and are any of the same players involved in this current “go
round?”

Isn’t it time to release Trump’s “perfect phone call” where he tried to shake down President
Zelenskyy for dirt on the Bidens as he was trying to help Putin with his take over plans for
Crimea and the rest of Ukraine?

What are the chances that Trump had gotten help from Russia/Vlad in both his race against HRC and
now with his run against Joe Biden. And that help was Russian misinformation that was given to Fox News and Congressional GOPers in 2016 and it was HRC and her emails and now it is the same play of
the distribution Russian propaganda via the GOP, Fox News, and the internets in order to hurt President
Joe.
