BAN ALL FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES UNTIL ALL 12 BUDGETS ARE DONE.
Easy. We would see them all done by February.
Will they ever pass such rules? That is the problem. You know they won't. Just like they won't pass Term Limits.
One can Dream of a More Perfect Union. But that is about it, it would seem.
