Trump is scheduled for a physical in January at Walter Reed. In discussing this with a friend of mine, she wonders what if they find signs of dementia, or some other disease, will they report it? Do HIPPA laws apply to the President?

Report: Trump never held a high-level meeting on Russian interference
Why it matters: Per WaPo, Trump "has never convened a Cabinet-level meeting on Russian interference or what to do about it," and his aides think he'd treat it as "an affront" if they were to even raise the matter. A former Russia adviser to Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton told the Post: "Putin has to believe this was the most successful intelligence operation in the history of Russian or Soviet intelligence."

I think we can safely assume that the 2018 election will be interfered with. Nothing seems to have been done to prevent or recognize this problem.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. —A judge here concluded Thursday that there is enough evidence to pursue a first-degree murder charge against the self-professed neo-Nazi accused of plowing his car into a crowd in August, killing one woman.
James Alex Fields Jr., 20, has been jailed in Charlottesville since his arrest during a rally of white supremacists on Aug. 12. Authorities say he rammed his car into another vehicle on purpose on a crowded street, killing counterprotester Heather D. Heyer 32, and injuring 35 other people.
The incident — captured on video and seen worldwide — occurred amid clashes involving hundreds of white supremacists and counterprotesters at a gathering billed by organizers as a “Unite the Right” rally, in the home town of the University of Virginia.
