Angela Stanton King, a promoter of QAnon conspiracy theories and anti-LGBTQ bigotry, is scheduled to speak at the 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference on a Sunday afternoon panel shortly before former President Donald Trump speaks. Stanton King spoke at a “Stop the Steal” rally in Washington, D.C. the night before the Capitol insurrection, where she praised Trump for standing up to demons and told the crowd Trump could still win because “God makes miraculous things happen.”

Stanton King is scheduled to be on a panel with other “new voices.” One of them, Young Pharaoh, was reportedly disinvited from CPAC on Monday after Media Matters reported on anti-Semitic statements he has made.

Stanton King was pardoned last March by Trump over a conviction related to her involvement with a car-theft ring. She ran for Congress later that year, declaring in July, “God sent me.” She also tweeted that month that she would be Kanye West’s running mate in 2024. Last August, she took a bigoted swipe at Kamala Harris’ husband, family, and heritage.

In the November general election, running as the GOP nominee, Stanton King drew about 15 percent in the Georgia congressional district that was represented by the late civil rights icon John Lewis. (When Lewis died during she summer, she tweeted, “Pass the torch, don’t die with it in your hand.”)

Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert (R) on Wednesday urged Pope Francis to consider “opposing viewpoints” from people who denied global warming instead of listening to President Barack Obama and the mainstream media.

During an interview with C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, host Greta Brawner asked the Tea Party-backed Republican to weigh in on the pope’s warning that God would judge those who did not act on climate change.

“The trouble is that he has been persuaded that climate change is something that is dramatically affecting the planet right now, he’s bought in to all this,” Gohmert explained. “We have had popes that made enormous mistakes that were influenced by the world around them.”

“But if he’ll just really objectively look at the data and see that the world is really not warming,” he continued. “Climate change, I don’t see it so much as a problem. Where I live in east Texas, we have climate change, I totally believe that, I know that to be a fact. In fact, we have it four times a year.” When Brawner pressed Gohmert about who had persuaded the pope, the congressman pointed to the president and the media.

Ask Lucia DeClerck how she has lived to be 105, and she is quick with an answer.

“Prayer. Prayer. Prayer,” she offers. “One step at a time. No junk food.”

But surviving the coronavirus, she said, also may have had something to do with another staple: the nine gin-soaked golden raisins she has eaten each morning for most of her life.

It's civilizational crushing, spirit killing, and the long-term effect is to try and get the elites in this country to discard any remaining shred of meritocracy.

The first obligation of education, Tucker, is to be true. The Black Lives Matter narrative is based on lies. It is a lie that racism defines the shape of American society today.

Far more complex factors than racism lie behind socio-economic and racial disparities -- factors like family breakdown, culture, attitudes towards academic achievement, and criminal involvement. Far from being racist, every American mainstream institution today gives preferences to Blacks and Hispanics in hiring.

So, Americans should reject the Black Lives Matter narrative and they should sure reject it in education where it is going to divide this country further and destroy any possibility of further civilizational advance.
