Stop pipeline help or advice

I live in a rural subdivision in NM and KinderMorgan wants to put a CO2 pipeline (Lobos Pipeline) directly across my property. There are thousands of acres of ranch land and they want to go thru the only subdivision in the middle of nowhere.

It's pretty bad as they are drilling carbon dioxide gas wells from underneath a granite wash at the St Johns Fields in Arizona and transporting it across NM to Texas for fracking. A rupture or leak can be dangerous because you can't smell or see it.

My whole subdivision is getting together to oppose this and we are going to a scoping meeting Tues - anyone here have any advise/stories about their pipeline woes?
