The Sibly chart MC in Kabul is at 325°20'. The midpoint of transiting Neptune and Pluto at noon on Aug 15 2021 in Kabul was at 325°24'. Sibly Nadir in Kabbul is at 161°49'. Transiting Mars at 162°16 was on it. Not a good day there for the Sibly chart (or image of the U.S. to the world).
Past attack on Afghanistan 2021 Eclipse Trigger
Something besides a hard aspect from Mars was needed as Mars had made many conjunctions, squares or oppositions to those points in the 20 intervening years since the original attack.
The June 10 2021 solar eclipse may have been it.

The MC at the White House for the 2001 attack was at 186°51'. The June 10 2021 solar eclipse set to Kabul had the eclipse Moon set when the MC was at 186°32' and the Sun set when it was at 185°54; their midpoint setting when it was at 186°13'.
Chart set for the White House would most likely be associated with loss. It did not happen at that time but seemingly with the transit of Mars on August 15, 2021 signaling the beginning of withdrawal of U.S. combat forces.

His progressed anlunar to the wee hours of September 5 early morning. Neptune is shown in the chart to show that the Sun/Neptune midpoint preceded the Sun/Mars midpoint on the charts progressed MC - about 6 pm, EDT, on the 4th. The involvement of Mars and Neptune suggest psychological and/or physical troubles.
October 6 gets busier
I am not sure what actions the aspects of October 6 may foster but they are heavily involved with tRump's charts. Pluto will station directly opposite his natal Saturn on that date. The New Moon that same day along with transiting Mars will be conjunct his secondary progressed Mars. That New Moon with transiting Mars occurs on the ascendant in New York City or in Albany, NY; located to the Capitol Building in Washington they are on the chart's East Point - square the MC.. They are also conjunct Sibly Saturn and square Sibly Sun. I would be happy if he were to be indicted on state and/or federal charges. Better yet a blanket serving of indictments on the whole gang.
Could Democratic leadership hope to clear tRump gang prosecution, or much of it, before midterm campaigns get going?
Could the New Moon aspects connect to trouble for New York and the Biden administration?
