The latest effort, spearheaded by Trumps son-in-law and senior adviser, Jared Kushner, focuses on beefing up border security and rethinking the nations green card system so that it would favor people with high-level skills, degrees and job offers instead of relatives of those already in the country.
WASHINGTON Setting aside some of his hard-line rhetoric on illegal immigration, President Donald Trump said Thursday that he wanted to recruit top talent to the nation as he unveiled his latest efforts to reform residency laws after years of setbacks and stalemates.
We discriminate against genius, Trump said of current policies, which he contended excessively favor family based immigration. We discriminate against brilliance. We wont anymore once we get this passed.

Chris Christie details Trump campaign role, insists 'there would be no Bob Mueller' if he were AG, i
Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie recounted his 2016 presidential bid, his friendship with President Trump and the tension between Trump aides during an appearance Saturday on FOX News' "Watters' World" with host Jesse Watters.
Christie also said "there would no Bob Mueller" had Trump selected him to be U.S. attorney general, referring to Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his Russia investigation.
Promoting his new book, "Let Me Finish: Trump, the Kushners, Bannon, New Jersey, and the Power of In-Your-Face Politics," Christie recalled why he was among the first Republicans to endorse Trump for president after ending his own White House bid.
"He was my friend for 15 years at that point but also I campaigned against him," Christie recounted. "I knew he was going to be the Republican nominee and my job, as I saw it, was to endorse him and to go in there and make him the best candidate he could be because we did not Hillary Clinton to be president of the United States."

Chris here" : } -I really piled it on this time ,The next best thing to money and power is bragging rights .
me and Donnie are two peas in a pod where it comes down to bragging rights. It's like there is no such thing as a lie unless you are calling out other people. It is always somebody else or other people in general that are liars and screw up's. Aside from all that,
bragging rights makes one feel confident especially when experiencing a thing like a bridge over troubled waters.

Nancy Pelosi says she won't rule out indictment, impeachment for Trump
Source: MSN
Incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she wouldn't rule out President Trump being indicted while in office, describing the topic as "an open discussion."
During an exclusive interview with TODAY's Savannah Guthrie, the House Democratic leader said it's possible that special counsel Robert Mueller could seek an indictment against the sitting president, despite Justice Department guidelines against such action.
"I think that that is an open discussion. I think that is an open discussion in terms of the law," Pelosi said, on the eve of reclaiming her former title as speaker of the House. She will become the first lawmaker in recent history to hold that office twice when the 116th Congress convenes Thursday.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/ny-actress-files-for-domestic-violence-restraining-order-against-michael-avenatti/ar-BBPTIjM?ocid=BHEA000An actress is seeking a restraining order against Michael Avenatti after the prominent lawyer was arrested last week on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
Mareli Miniutti filed her petition Monday at the Santa Monica branch of Los Angeles County Superior Court, online court records show.
She was given a follow-up hearing date of Dec. 10.
Avenatti issued a statement on Twitter shortly after news of the court filing broke.
I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts. I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated, he wrote in the tweet.
