jberryhill's JournalEndurance cyclist Mike Hall killed in collision
Mike Hall was an amazing cyclist in the extreme endurance category.
If you haven't seen the movie Inspired to Ride, it follows the riders on the cross country cycling race along the 4,233 Trans America Trail.
He has done so many epic rides:

"Hall also holds a number of other world records, including the fastest unsupported ride across the continental United States (just over 17 days) and the fastest ride all the way around the world (91 days not counting transfers, good for an average of over 200 miles a day). He organized the Transcontinental Race, which spans the entirety of Europe and encourages riders to take different routes every year."
The sheer stupidity of Trump suggesting that Flynn request immunity
Trump can, right now, pardon Flynn prospectively for any charges arising from Flynn's testimony.
If Trump thinks Flynn should have immunity, then does that idiot not understand he is the president, and can effectively do the same thing?
It's just amazing how f-ing stupid Trump is.

Have you ever gone UNDER Route 1?
A ride along the James Corcoran Greenway (part of the East Coast Greenway from Maine to Florida) by the Christina River from Christiana, Delaware. The town was the farthest inland navigable port from Wilmington and the Delaware River, and named for Queen Christina of Sweden. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christina_River
Red Clay Creek
Route 82 (Creek Road/River Road) from Kennett Square, PA to Yorklyn, DE. This road winds from Pennsylvania into Delaware along the Red Clay Creek past Auburn Heights http://auburnheights.org/ and the Auburn Heights Preserve http://www.destateparks.com/attractions/auburn-heights/ . The Marshall house was built by the owner of National Vulcanized Fiber (NVF) above the mills which turned out vulcanized fiber products that were ultimately superceded by high performance plastics, leaving the mills in ruins and Red Clay Creek polluted. A number of public and private efforts to restore the area for recreational use are making progress.
The ride starts at Kennett Square Specialties http://www.ksssales.com , whose "Highland Oysters" are not what I thought they were.
If you are particularly sharp eyed, you'll catch the turkey vulture who alighted to a tree as I pass a freshly road-killed squirrel on which it was feeding.
