Debbie Wasserman Schultz admitted in a CNN interview that the system of Super Delegates is purposely designed to protect establishment candidates and stop grassroots candidates, and is rigged for that very purpose. No gray area, she is quite clear. DWS needs to not only resign her position at the DNC but should seriously consider resigning her DEMOCRATIC membership as she is participating in a system that is inherently rigged and UN-Democratic. She admits she knows it, and continues to play it that way.
"Un-pledged (Super) Delegates exist, really, to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don't have to be in a position where they are running against grassroots activists."

"Bernie Sanders Reacts To Donald Trump Backing Out Of Debate. Donald Trump just issued a statement backing out of the debate he said he would do with Bernie Sanders, and blaming Hillary Clinton and DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz: Based on the fact that the Democratic nominating process is totally rigged and crooked Hillary Clinton and Debbie Wasserman Schultz will not allow Bernie Sanders to win, it seems inappropriate that I would debate the second place finisher. That sound you hear is the weeping of TV news execs mourning what might have been Superbowl -sized ratings for a televised debate between Trump and the Vermont senator who is running against Clinton for the Dem nomination. Campaign execs on both sides said multiple TV networks had been talking to the candidates about televising the debate, some even agreeing to Trumps demand the lucky network cough up millions of dollars to go to an unnamed womens health charity. There had been signs of trouble today before Trump pulled out. Bernie Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver this morning said a number of network have put forth proposals, including some that would put seven-figure amounts into charity, per Trumps demand."
This seems to meet the parameters of what Donald Trump suggested hed be willing to do, Weaver said. But, he told CNN, There is a little bit of foot dragging now, it seems, on their side. It may be that there may be some chickening out, or an unwillingness to stand on stage and really debate with Bernie Sanders because they know Bernie sanders would do quite well on the debate frankly.

The sound quality isn't the best because of wind.

Sen. Bernie Sanders told a Senate panel that a constitutional amendment is needed to undo the Supreme Court ruling that let corporations and wealthy individuals spend unlimited sums to sway American elections. Vermont and five other states have adopted resolutions asking Congress for a constitutional amendment to overturn the Citizens United decision. More than 200 local governments, including about 60 towns in Vermont, have passed similar measures.

I'm going to post to the Bernie Group. I miss Keith and the 2008 Rachel!
"4/17/08 On Countdown with Keith Olbermann, Keith and Rachel Maddow talk about Hillary Clinton's plans to radically shift US foreign policy and expand US military involvement throughout the Middle East and beyond, and assume Unitary Executive power that was the real news made at the Pennsylvania Democrats Debate on ABC."
Very good post! Thank You, Peace Patriot!
I wish I could write like you! Maybe, Hillary will listen and not be so hawkish. That's what I'm hoping for. About the media-- People our age remember when the news was much better before media deregulation and "The Telecommunications Act of 1996", changed everything. Thanks,President Clinton.I'm going to post to the Bernie Group. I miss Keith and the 2008 Rachel!
