Obamas full speech at WHCD

Each "full video" of his speech was either shortened at the beginning or the end. I could not find a video with the entire speech. Start this next video at 22:44 to watch it till the end.

Bernie has been too nice to Hillary. We may pay the price for that.

I understand that he has wanted to run an issues-only campaign; he is an ethical man. He has chosen to rise above it all, and I love him for that. I applauded him when he said the American people were sick and tired of her damn emails! I have respected his silence regarding the FBI investigation. He never once called her out on all of her lies and distortions, and there have been plenty of them over the years - Bosnia sniper fire, Chelsea at Ground Zero when the planes hit, named after the Mt Everest guy...the list just goes on and on.

Sadly, I am beginning to realize the price we will pay for Bernie's ethics.

Personally, I think the FBI will probably recommend that Clinton be indicted (along with quite a few of her aides), but I am afraid it will be after the convention. There are so many ways that she has allegedly broken the law, wow! If the Justice Dept follows through, and she is charged after the convention, the democrats will be screwed. If the Justice Dept refuses to indict the democratic front runner, then the FBI will release all the damaging info and she will get tried in the public domain. It will be a bloodbath.

On top of that, Anonymous has done a data dump (I refuse to link to it) that I am certain is being devoured as we speak by republican operatives. There's a lot of right wing bullshit in it, but there's also a tremendous amount of jaw-dropping stuff. Everything is substantiated with a link to a news site. Donald's going to have a field day with it all.

We're screwed. Thanks DNC for throwing all your weight behind a candidate with so much baggage. OMG.

If only Bernie had fought dirty, but I really don't mean that. It's just not who he is, and that's why I love him so much.

DOJ claims revealing FBI declaration will "interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

Is there anyone versed in law who could expand on this?

DOJ Claims Revealing FBI Declaration Will Jeopardize Clinton Email Investigation
by Rachel Stockman | 7:35 pm, April 27th, 2016

Attorneys with the U.S. Department of Justice say they cannot make public a classified FBI declaration because it would “adversely affect the ongoing investigation” into Hillary Clinton‘s private email server. The recent filing by DOJ attorneys, obtained by LawNewz.com, is significant because it not only acknowledges the ongoing federal probe, but also asserts that if the declaration is made public, it could “reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

The DOJ’s memorandum is part of a FOIA lawsuit that was originally filed in federal court by Vice News reporter Jason Leopold. Leopold is seeking Clinton’s emails that the DOJ obtained from her private server. He is also seeking correspondence between the FBI and Clinton referencing the Clinton email server.

In March, the government filed a motion for summary judgement in the case, and incorporated this classified declaration as one of the supporting documents. Leopold’s attorneys argued that the declaration should be made public, or the DOJ should show cause for why it must be kept secret. On Tuesday, DOJ attorneys filed an memorandum in opposition to plaintiff’s motion to show cause.

The DOJ says in its filing:

Records responsive to Plaintiff’s request that are subject to FOIA relate to a pending investigation. The FBI has stated publicly that it received and is working on a referral (from) Inspectors General in connection with former Secretary of State Clinton’s use of a private email server. The FBI therefore submitted a classified in camera, ex parte declaration to provide the Court with additional details to demonstrate that responsive information was properly withheld, and explained on the public record that this was the purpose of the in camera declaration...

FBI Question

There are some pretty intense rumblings on the internet that the FBI is close to recommending an indictment against Hillary Clinton for various crimes including obstruction of justice (for the deletion of the 30,000 emails). Apparently, the case also includes charges related to the donations that were funneled to the Clinton Foundation during her tenure at State as well as having classified emails on her home server.

I have found it very odd that the MSM has remained so silent on this topic. Dozens of FBI agents have been working on this for over a year. They have extradited a hacker from Romania (Guccifer) who has confessed to spending 7 hours a day for weeks reading her emails, including those that were classified. Her IT guy has been granted FBI immunity, which according to legal scholars, is only done when the FBI needs the person's testimony to help build a case.

The FBI announced 2-3 weeks ago that they were interviewing Hillary Clinton and 5 of her aides. Such a request is usually time-limited within 5 days. She hired David Kendall (from Lewinsky days) to represent her. That means that HRC and her aides have most likely spoken to the FBI, but there has been no mention of it in the press.

Why is this? No one can presume this is all for naught. There are serious issues behind this investigation and huge resources being spent on it. Can you imagine the turmoil to our party and to the election if she is indicted? Or, if the Justice Dept (AG Lynch has ties to Clinton) refuses to follow the FBI's rcommendation and indict, can you imagine what would happen? Sources say Comey will resign and the FBI will release it's findings. Such a move would not be illegal because if the Justice Dept refuses to indict then they have determined that no laws were broken. If the FBI dumps it's findings, they will be picked apart by the Republicans and the press.

Bernie refused to make this a campaign issue. Why? Does he know what is happening ? Is that why he is staying in the race to the end?

So my question is, and I do not hope this occurs, what if HRC is indicted?

(Please do not reply if you are going to post BS such as "Benghazi!!!" This has nothing to do with that.)

ON EDIT: Within a few minutes I have received a number of non-informative snarky posts but nothing of any substance. Please, is there a Hillary supporter who can help me understand how a person (and a party) just ignores an FBI investigation. I mean, I have looked at the possible charges, and I have to say, they look pretty damning!!

ANOTHER EDIT: Since so many posters are focusing on the first sentence where I said "the FBI is close to an indictment against Hillary Clinton" by insisting that the FBI does not indict (obviously ignoring the rest of the OP where I clarify the DoJ's role), I have added the word "recommending" to the sentence. Now, can we please focus on the real point of the OP?

Imagine what she'll do as President

HEAD'S UP RHODE ISLANDERS!! Here we go again...

LOL - Snopes unable to debunk accusation of Clinton Foundation money-laundering

Dear Bernie, please read this.

Dear Bernie,

Let me begin by saying that I have been one of the 3% who has supported you from the beginning of your campaign. Although I have never lived in Vermont, I have watched you for years -- since the lead-up to the Iraq War, to be exact. Anytime I saw you speak on the floor of the House or Senate, or during television interviews, I have agreed with you 100%. There has never been a time I haven't. I knew if you entered the presidential race, your popularity would grow exponentially. We, the liberal base, have yearned for you. We had grown complacent with our situation in this country of having no representation because...what could we do? No one was advocating for the things that we care about: universal health care, equal pay for equal work, affordable higher education, and so much more.

Unfortunately, there is one other thing NO politician wants to advocate for, sadly, even you - our vote. The most precious thing of all. We all know the danger of electronic voting. If you don't know by now (and I think you do) then you should watch this excerpt from the HBO documentary Hacking Democracy:

It is the most powerful excerpt of the movie as it shows how easily an electronic vote can be altered, and it has a poignant moment when a woman sobs as she realizes our democracy is nothing but a farce. One should note that the method being implemented in this segment of the film is only one way to steal an election. There are numerous other ways. Some machines can be remotely hacked. Another method: since the vote totals are collected on Windows software, a hacker need only switch the totals and exit without a trace. Of course purging voter rolls and switching party affiliations also works wonders for those who cheat.

I'm sure by now, your handlers have seen the recent film regarding the near 20% discrepancy between the hand-counted ballots and the machine total of a Chicago precinct. Of course, the error is in Clinton's favor. This hand count was perpetuated by a legally mandated 5% routine check - just to make sure the machine was functioning properly. So what do you think the election board did to the machines that were obviously so off? Nothing. They merely changed the hand count totals to match the machine count and called it a day! You can witness it for yourself in the video below. I know you're busy, so it really gets interesting at the 24 minute mark.

Did you know that in one precinct the actual tally was 56.7% in your favor, but after the machine count you lost with only 47.5% of the vote? You have only 10 days from the time of the machine check to challenge the results. This test was performed days ago. You're running out the clock.

Of course we all witnessed the debacle of AZ and NY. I'll say no more about that, but let me ask you this, Bernie - Don't you care? Please indicate to us that you care. I have read it is political suicide to accuse an opponent of voter fraud. But is it Hillary Clinton? I think not. I think she has a campaign to run and is quite busy. I don't believe for a second that she is out there hacking elections and purging voters. But someone is.

Allow me to introduce you to Andres Sepulveda, Political Hacker. Perhaps you can read his story while sitting on a plane. In light of a Hillary Super PAC now admittedly injecting one million dollars on social media trolls, it's easy to see how a man like Sepulveda could be easily be hired in the United States. Even Sepulveda says he is 100% certain that the US elections are being hacked.

And finally, the exit polls - once the gold standard of election integrity - have become a sad joke. 44% discrepancy between the exit polls and the end result of the AZ election!!! 12% in NY!!! These outcomes always favor Hillary. Please peruse this spreadsheet provided by Richard Charnin for a quick overview:

The media admits that they take the raw exit poll data and "weight" them - which means they just adjust them to match the final vote - thus making them utterly useless.

Clearly, the reason you're winning caucuses is not because of race, but because the results can't be manipulated so easily. Throughout this election, as I have watched the improbable become unquestionably accepted as final truth, I have fantasized of Anonymous swooping in and blowing the whole thing up. I wouldn't want them to rig it in your favor because that is not how you should win, but I have wished that they would make the outcome so ridiculous that it would be obvious that our elections are too insecure to trust. I want them to FORCE the conversation in the media. Alas, it is just a fantasy.

Honestly? I think you know all about the election fraud in this country. Poor voters aren't the real problem here, and you know it. That's why you looked silly saying it. So, I can't help but wonder...since you are going to (unfairly) lose this primary anyway, why don't you take on the biggest and most important fight of this election? The fight for our democracy!!! At least do some machine audits. PLEASE!!! The mandatory Chicago audit has given you an opening. You can do it without doing yourself any political harm. It could open the doors to question other areas!! Please, Bernie!! Nothing else matters right now.

We are so demoralized. We canvass and call and vote and cheer and we have your back. Now, you must have ours. Everyone I know sees the election being stolen. You must take this on. Please.

Your biggest fan,

Grassley: FBI could leak Clinton email investigation

Grassley: FBI could leak Clinton email investigation
Jason Noble, jnoble2@dmreg.com 11:38 a.m. CDT April 22, 2016

U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley suggested on Friday that the FBI might leak reports of its investigation into presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state.

Grassley, Iowa’s senior senator and chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said an anonymous and unauthorized release of FBI investigative materials could result if officials at the agency believed prosecution of Clinton was stymied for political reasons.

“Is there going to be political interference? If there’s enough evidence to prosecute, will there be political interference?” Grassley wondered aloud during a breakfast meeting with the Des Moines A.M. Rotary club on Friday. “And if there’s political interference, then I assume that somebody in the FBI is going to leak these reports and it’s either going to have an effect politically or it’s going to lead to prosecution if there’s enough evidence.”

The senior senator’s musing came in response to a long answer to a very general question from one of the Rotarians about the status on inquiries into the email server and Clinton’s handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on a diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya.

Both issues for years have plagued Clinton, the leading Democratic presidential candidate.

When asked by Radio Iowa reporter O. Kay Henderson after the breakfast if he was suggesting the FBI should leak investigative findings, Grassley expounded on his comment.

“I wouldn’t be encouraging it because if it’s a violation of law, I can’t be encouraging a violation of law,” he said. “This is kind of my own opinion, this is something I’ve heard.”

Several congressional panels — including Grassley’s Judiciary Committee — have looked into various aspects of the email controversy. The FBI has been investigating the matter for months as well, and reportedly has several dozen agents working on it.

A former Clinton staffer is cooperating with that investigation, and it’s believed Clinton herself will be questioned.

Bernie Sanders is still the true Democratic front-runner. Ask the FBI
