We get the expression "drinking the Kool-Aid" from the obedient and forced consumption of cyanide-laced punch at the Jonestown compound in 1978. The punch used was in fact Flavor Aid, a cheaper product which brings to mind typical cheapskate Trump moves. The only difference is that Trump would probably also buy knockoff cyanide resulting in followers who would get very sick, but remain alive to testify against him.

The Bidens are like so many other American families
We either are those families or we definitely know those families who have members who bring unfortunate events. Very often those unfortunate events are brought by people who are good and loving. Whey they are surrounded by good and loving families they get through those events together. All politics aside, the Bidens are a good, loving and strong American family. They deserve nothing but support from good people.
Time to stop giving in to the confederacy
If Sick Individual One is to be treated like any other defendant then Sick Individual One must be jailed for violating the terms of his release. If we abide by a tiered system of justice out of fear of how a psychotic cult will behave then we have become the psychotic cult.

“As a criminal defendant, you don’t just get to invent your own reality and say ‘well I lacked the criminal intent…’” He then went on to say you can't shoot someone and then say you didn't believe that bullets can kill.
In addition, trump's insistence that there was fraud can be construed as coercion as in the Georgia case. When he told Raffesnperger that he could be legally culpable for not overturning the election, trump didn't cite any code that was being violated. It was merely a scare tactic.
Not only that, Jack Smith will give us a diagram of trump statements indicating fraudulent intent like:
- Just say the election was corrupt (in spite of the fact you're telling me there was no corruption, just lie)
- You're too honest (which is the opposite of the dishonesty I need from you for my plan to work)
I'm no lawyer, but trump is fucked.
Remember - just because a trump camp lawyer says it doesn't make it true. After all, they are just a trump camp lawyer.
Dear MSNBC (re Hunter Biden)
The Hunter Biden legal case only tracks with the maga cult. No one else cares. Hunter isn't on any ballot anywhere. Yes, the Republicans will harp on it. They were harping on it before. They weren't going to stop harping on it EVEN IF he accepted the plea deal. Your analysis that this is a crucial election issue makes me laugh. I'm sure that as the day goes on wiser guest analysts will agree with me. I'm betting the president agrees with me.

SHORTEST ANSWER: Having a true sense of justice against culture war bullies.
SHORT ANSWER:
Standing up to the structural bias of privileged bullies who punch down at otherwise innocent people who are perceived to be dangerous because they are different.
LONG ANSWER:
There are segments of law-abiding Americans who have not traditionally realized full and equal protection under the law. There are also segments in American society who find it satisfying to continue to prevent those marginalized groups from realizing full and equal protection under the law. One who is woke stands up for the struggle of those marginalized (though I hate that word) people. So if a trans person writes a children's book with positive trans or black characters, that is not woke. What is woke is speaking out against anti-woke bigots who try to ban that book.

Him and every other media doof that reports based on people's perception rather than the FACTS. I'd love to cram his khakis and big board down his throat. The real story behind Biden's numbers is that Democrats don't get the credit or the benefit of the doubt Republicans get mostly from white voters. But anyway, Kornacki is of no journalistic value.
