FL cops harass and detain a legally blind man walking home from jury duty. No probable cause. They say his walking stick looks like a gun. (It doesn't.) They then immediately arrest him for "resisting arrest" when he asks for their badge numbers. This seems like an obvious Fourth Amendment violation to me.

This just happened in Columbia Co, FL. The cops haven't yet dropped the charges. Mr. Hodges may need legal assistance. If you know anyone who can help him, please reach out on his YouTube.

There are reports that this poor man could not take his meds for the duration of his jail stay. That, and the stress of the arrest have caused his seizures to come back. This is really terrible, and it was entirely avoidable.

Let's not forget that Lauren Boebert provided the mob with real-time updates on Nancy Pelosi's whereabouts while they were breaching the Capitol Building.

Her first tweet let them know “We were locked in the House Chambers.” then “The Speaker has been removed from the chambers.”



The Secret Service failed to prepare for violence on Jan. 6 despite receiving explicit warnings, then deleted key evidence. The delay in notifying Capitol Police about the threat to Pelosi only adds to the impression that the agency failed to do its job.

The Utah-based clothing company catchily named “Lions Not Sheep” loves America so much that it’s made plenty of hullabaloo about its clothing being made in America. So much so that a free copy of the U.S. Constitution was included in every order.

Trouble is, according to the Federal Trade Commission, the company has actually been cutting the labels off of the clothes. Those labels say “made in China,” (or other countries) and the company has been stamping the clothes “Made In The USA.” The Salt Lake Tribune reports that the owner has agreed to pay a $211,335 fine to the FTC.
