It seems the GOP has assembled a team of "overtalkers" to handle media interviews. When queried, they just maunder on and on. Their answers aren't necessarily truthful and frequently wander into the non-germane, but they brook no interruption and just keep talking louder and more stridently insistent. Should anyone manage to get a word in edgewise they interrupt the question and resume the the babblefest.

At least, that's how it appears on non-Fox broadcasts.

"Accidental" intros?

Okay, I've heard it a couple of times today. Newscasters, when getting ready to cover yet another story on the non-filibuster, use the words "More on Senator Ted Cruz."

Is it possible that the phrase accidentally sounds like "Moron Senator Ted Cruz"?
