ZOMG! More evidence of voter fraud in the 2016 election.

Yeah, it was a Republican election judge....and she was caught, then charged with two felony counts of election fraud.
And still, R's use the imaginary specter widespread voter fraud to disenfranchise massive numbers of people.

Election judge pleads not guilty to voter fraud in Madison County
http://www.bnd.com/news/local/article115496693.html

Audrey R. Cook, 88, of Alton, is accused of sending in an absentee ballot in her late husband’s name. Cook was a Republican election judge in Madison County. She was charged a few days before the election with two felony counts of election fraud.

Cook and her husband, Vic Cook, served as election judges for many years. She said she knew how he wanted to vote, and after he died, she filled out and sent in his absentee ballot.

Cook pleaded not guilty before Madison County Circuit Judge Kyle Napp on Thursday, represented by attorney Don Weber. She was allowed to turn herself in and is free on a recognizance bond. Weber requested that Cook be permitted to travel outside the state as she waits for trial, and prosecutor Jennifer Mudge said she had no objection.

Cook faces two Class 3 felony charges, one relating to sending in a false ballot, and one for violation of the absentee ballot statute. Each count carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Is Trumps CIA Pick A Puppet Of The Koch Brothers?

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/11/is-trumps-cia-pick-a-puppet-of-the-koch-brothers/

A former army officer and corporate lawyer, Pompeo has represented Kansas' 4th District since 2011. His ties to the Kochs date back before his political career. In the late 1990s, Pompeo founded the private aerospace company Thayer Aerospace with seed money from Koch Venture Capital. In 2011, Pompeo told the Washington Post that the Kochs funded less than 2 percent of the venture. (Details of the deal were never made public.) Pompeo also served as president of the fossil fuel equipment company Sentry International, a company which, Think Progress reported in 2010, works closely with the Koch’s Brazilian distributor.

When Pompeo left the private sector to run for Congress in 2010, the Kochs bankrolled his campaign. He was endorsed by their Super PAC and received more Koch-related donations than any other candidate that cycle. Pompeo then hired Koch industry lawyer Mark Chenoweth to be his chief of staff. Koch Industries is headquartered in Pompeo’s district.

When Pompeo faced a tough primary challenge in 2014, the Koch brothers came to his aid. Koch Industry's Super PAC formally endorsed Pompeo — even though his challenger was another longtime Koch ally, former congressman Todd Tiahrt. Pompeo received over $50,00 from the PAC and from Koch industry employees, and went on to defeat Tiahart in the primary.

Some Chicago Area Voters Grapple With Huge Lines & Ballot Problems

http://chicagoist.com/2016/11/08/some_chicago_area_voters_grapple_lo.php

Sagoff said some of the delay was probably caused by confusion among the poll workers over what documents voters needed to show before voting. Sagoff also said it was important to him to stay in line and finish voting despite the unexpectedly long wait.

----
Some Chicagoans have also reported problems with their electronic or paper ballots Tuesday morning. A 26-year-old Rogers Park woman (who requested anonymity) told Chicagoist that she initially did not receive the second page of her paper ballot when she went to vote around 6 a.m.

"After completing my ballot, I realized that some of the measures I'd read up on weren't on it. I went back to the man who had given [the ballot] to me and, after eventually getting his attention, asked, 'Wasn't there supposed to be a Lockbox Amendment on this, for Illinois?'" she said. "He looked at me blankly and finally a guy next to him said 'There's a second page' and handed it to me. The first guy said, 'Well I didn't know.'"

Fear of Donald Trump Helps Democrats Mobilize Hispanics

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/07/us/fear-of-donald-trump-helps-democrats-mobilize-hispanics.html?smid=fb-nytimes&smtyp=cur&_r=0

In Florida, a state that is likely to be decided by the thinnest of margins, about one million of the nearly 6.2 million early votes counted as of early Sunday had been cast by Hispanics, an increase of almost 75 percent over 2012. In Clark County, Nev., home to Las Vegas and the state’s largest Hispanic population, a record 57,000 people voted on Friday alone.

Eight years ago, President Obama inspired a wave of African-American turnout, with black voters hopeful and deeply moved by his candidacy. This time, it is not an admired figure but a disliked one — Mr. Trump — who is driving the surge among Hispanics. Motivated by fear about what a Trump presidency would mean for their families, many Hispanics say they cannot afford to stay home.

“I’m scared for my country’s future,” said Cinthia Estela, 30, who is helping to organize Latinos for the Arizona Democratic Party. Sometimes, Ms. Estela brings along her mother and two young daughters, who are 8 and 9, to help in the effort.

Arkansas Ballots Have A ‘Typo’ With The Word ‘Liar’ In Hillary’s Name

http://mindy-fischer-writer.com/2016/11/arkansas-ballots-typo-word-liar-hillarys-name-video/

Hillary voters in Arkansas have just uncovered a new one.

In Lonoke County, Arkansas, voters noticed that when they went to vote for Hillary Clinton, their ballots had a typo. Her name was printed with an extra “i,” which makes the word “liar” appear in the middle of her name….Hilliary.

When an anonymous voter came forward upset about the stunt…or “typo” as they’re calling it…she was blown off by election officials. So she went to the press.
