Dear DUers, are any of you members of Avaaz?

I have supported them in the past with monetary donation, however, earlier today I received a message that they are being hacked and looking for donations to pay lawyers! Any idea if this is real?

Not sure if this is the place to post this but never ever have I

seen people disrespecting an elected President like on some sites. How do we support President Obama when you not living in the US?

I think we need a fun forum on here, where we can come in and tell

fun stories or day to day activities which are not captured in the regular forums!

This must have been discussed here before but I Just

saw the video 'The Road We've Traveled', it is awesome. President Obama is one stand up President and am so proud of him. He has done so much since he took over the Presidency. I just hope he will get re-elected. I just want to celebrate him!

I am not seeing any posts on here about President Obama and what he

is doing! Is he in campaign mode or busy with other activities. CNN in not saying much about President Obama!

Do Jurors get to see who alerted on an OP or Post?

If not, then when the Jurors make their decision, I am assuming it is not personal, they are making their decision to 'Leave it alone' or 'Hide it' based on the comment the alerter is alerting on! Is that correct?

Sometimes it gets confusing to me. A response seems normal to me and suddendly it is hidden!

I thought DU3 was much more tolerable now that we have Jurors as opposed to Mods, who by the way did a wonderful job on DU2.

What is going on here? So a politician on the Conservative side

passes away, and some of us are grave dancing! That is so wrong. No matter how opposing he was, he deserves a bit of sympathy on our side, especially for his family, wife and children. These posts will be here for posterity, do you really want Briebart's children to see how Democrats responded to their Dad's passing.

where posters can delete their messages?

This is not transparency, same like DU2 where your posts gets deleted by Mods? Now you can delete all your posts with no responsibility! That is not transparency!

Maybe I do not understand DU3 correctly!
