Woman fired shotgun during alcohol-fueled argument over gun control

I believe this story speaks for itself, so I'll refrain from elucidating.

Aloha woman fired shotgun during alcohol-fueled argument over gun control, police said

During an alcohol-fueled argument over gun control, an Aloha woman fired a
shotgun inside her own home, shooting out a softball-sized hole from the wall.

No one was hurt but a neighbor’s house sustained thousands of dollars in damage.

“Alcohol and firearms never mix. The two should never be used together. We’re
very fortunate that no one was injured,” said Lt. Bob Ray, a spokesman for the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Ron Paul is addressing audience at RNC in Tampa on C-Span1 NOW!!

I can't help think lots of RP supporters will vote Democratic,
but it cuts both ways.

Right now he's standing up for Bradley Manning and Julian Assange.

A really good read by Chris Hedges re: the Dark Side

The War in the Shadows
by Chris Hedges

A Swedish documentary filmmaker released a film last year called "Last Chapter--Goodbye Nicaragua." In it he admitted that he unknowingly facilitated a bombing, almost certainly orchestrated by the Sandinista government of Nicaragua, which took the lives of three reporters I worked with in Central America. One of them, Linda Frazier, was the mother of a 10-year-old son. Her legs were torn apart by the blast, at La Penca, Nicaragua, along the border with Costa Rica, in May of 1984. She bled to death as she was being taken to the nearest hospital, in Ciudad Quesada, Costa Rica.

The admission by Peter Torbiornsson that he unwittingly took the bomber with him to the press conference was a window into the sordid world of espionage, terrorism and assassination that was an intimate part of every conflict I covered. It exposed the cynicism of undercover operatives on all sides, men and women who lie and deceive for a living, who betray relationships, including between each other, who steal and who carry out murder. One knows them immediately. Their ideological allegiances do not matter. They have the faraway eyes of the disconnected, along with nebulous histories and suspicious and vague associations. They tell incongruous personal stories and practice small deceits that are part of a pathological inability to tell the truth. They can be personable, even charming, but they are also invariably vain, dishonest and sinister. They cannot be trusted. It does not matter what side they are on. They were all the same. Gangsters.

Big Pharma's latest way to f*ck people up and/or control them.

NaturalNews) Not content simply drugging its millions of victims with mind-altering chemical and biological inputs, the pharmaceutical industry is now developing ways to literally transform the human brain into a drug industry-controlled, biometric computer that will basically turn human beings into nothing more than mind-controlled robots.

The Financial Times reports that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the drug behemoth recently forced to fork over the largest ever amount in fines for its massive criminal conduct (http://www.naturalnews.com), is leading the way in unveiling what the industry is now calling "bioelectronics." The premise holds that certain diseases can be treated by injecting electronic devices within the body for the purpose of artificially controlling neuronal synapses and other activity.

"Moving beyond conventional drugs that interact biochemically with the body, [Big Pharma] will have built a big 'bioelectronics' business that treats disease through electrical signaling in the brain and elsewhere," writes Clive Cookson for FT.com about the concept, which is expected to eventually replace many common drugs.

"Neurological problems, from stroke and epilepsy to depression, will be treated through electronic implants into the brain rather than pills or injections. Even diabetes and obesity will be attacked in ways that seem like science fiction today, by sending electrical signals to malfunctioning cells."

Anonymous Hacks IRS Database — Publishes Romney Tax Returns!!!

you wish. and so do I.

Anonymous & Wikileaks Hackers bring home the bacon
July 28, 2012
By Orbson Rice

Late last night, the mysterious group of hackers known as Anonymous successfully hacked the main database for the Internal Revenue Service. The group appeared to have a singular target- Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney. Romney has been criticized by both parties for his failure to produce more than one past tax return. According to Ann Romney on ABC’s “Good Morning America” they had no intention of ever disclosing the contents on those returns: “We’ve given all you people need to know and understand about our financial situation and how we live our life”. Anonymous however, seems to have thought that we “the people” might want to know a little more about the man who seeks the White House.
