Report that may have shifted Trump's Opinion, CNN

If you hit the link below, you will read an article that predicts as many as 1,000,000 deaths in the U.S. This report was given to the White House Task Force over the weekend.

updated 4:01 ET, Tuesday March 17, 2017, ... Nick Paton Walsh, CNN

title of article:

"US, UK coronavirus strategies shifted following UK epidemiologists' ominous report"
_________________________________________________________________________________

(CNN) — A study by UK epidemiologists predicts that attempts to slow, or mitigate -- rather than actively halt, or suppress -- the novel coronavirus could overwhelm the number of intensive care hospital beds and lead to about 250,000 deaths in the UK and more than a million in the United States during the course of the current pandemic.

The study, which has not been published in a peer-reviewed journal, was released on Monday by London's Imperial College COVID-19 Response Team, which says it is advising the UK government on its response strategy. The study says it used modeling that has informed the approach of the British government in recent weeks; on Monday, the government abruptly called on vulnerable and elderly Britons to isolate themselves for 12 weeks, and introduced a variety of social distancing and quarantine recommendations that days earlier seemed distant prospects.

Sir Patrick Vallance, chief scientific adviser to the UK, confirmed Tuesday that the Imperial College study was among those the UK government was looking at "What suppression in that paper talks about is exactly what we are doing," he said.

Also on Monday, President Donald Trump unveiled a 15-day plan to slow new infections in the United States, including more stringent recommendations about staying home and avoiding groups of 10 people or more, among other steps.

An author of the study, Imperial College Professor Neil Ferguson, said in an email to CNN on Tuesday the study was given to the White House Coronavirus Task Force over the weekend and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Monday.

about author of study, from Wikipedia (if you hit link below, then you will have to hit another link, Neil Morris Ferguson, epidemiologist..to see his background and his work. It is there, takes a while to get there, but the information about Ferguson is complete. (Yes, it worth a look, this person has credentials)

Neil Morris Ferguson..... OBE FMedSci (born 1968) is a British epidemiologist.[2][3][4] He is a professor of mathematical biology, who specialises in the epidemiology of infectious disease spread in humans and animals. He is the director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Institute for Disease and Emergency Analytics (J-IDEA), head of the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology in the School of Public Health and Vice-Dean for Academic Development in the Faculty of Medicine, all at Imperial College, London. The essence of Trump is his total stupidity. He made fun of something he knew nothing about.

He said words to effect that there would be 4 or 5 cases and then zero and it would go away. Trump thought he had knowledge about something, and he knew exactly nothing. He faked it, and the fake was totally wrong. Something to prove his stupidity to those who think he is not stupid. Further, this is about a "life and death matter" and he should have kept his mouth shut. But he had to fake it, and act like he knew it all, but all he did was prove that he is stupid and knew nothing about the issue. (And Yes, Trump had experts who he could turn to for more info, but he didn't turn to them, because he "knew it all." Now, sometime later, he has turned to the experts for information.

Trump said, "I don't take responsibility at all" Please pass on those 6 words,

over and over and over and over..

....Everywhere, Anywhere. Facebook, Emails, Here and There...

A sidelight to this is renewed focus on Trump's lying, and what that focus does to some people.

...While most people know that Trump lies all the time, there is renewed focus on his lies in the last 2 or 3 days. Over and over again there is reporting on these lies. It could have an affect on a few people. We all know some who won't admit that Trump is a fool and totally incompetent. Trump's current lies, are concerning saving lives, and what he and his people did to deal with the virus. Those lies are so obvious that some will finally admit what a fool he is.
...Of course that number will be small, maybe 5 to 8 percent. Maybe less. But these are total hold outs to the truth about Donald Trump. Trump's handling of this life and death crises is full of lies and incompetence. As the media focuses on what he said this time and that time, Trump will lie some more. And, I honestly believe some will finally come around to the truth. These are long time Trump supporters who for the first time are opening their eyes to the obvious truth that Trump is a con artist and total liar.
... Some will say that that his true believers will never change their beliefs. We have already heard reports from our own members right here, that there are long time Trumpers/Republicans who will vote for the Democratic in Novembers election for the first time . Since it looks like Biden, there will be a lot more in my opinion. It is just a matter of time and it is happening right now.

Trump famous 6 words, "I don't take responsibility at all."

................. It is all over for Mr. Trump 3/13/20 ....in the afternoon...(approx. 4:10ET)

....Entire quote, exact words....""Yeah, I don't take responsibility at all because we were given a set of circumstances and we were given rules, regulations, and specifications from a different time,"
_______________________________________________________________________________________
..Who has been the President the last 3 years?..That is the stupidest thing he has ever said. This will be played over and over and over again. Very similar to Nixon's, "I am not a crook." Trump said this, and he hasn't got a clue what that means. He also said something about being required to follow rules and other things, and the delay has nothing to do with him....

And it ain't rocket science. Who is has been in charge of the federal government the last 3 years? Donald Duck? Mickey Mouse? Bugs Bunny? And he said those 6 words today. How will that be defended? You tell me. You cannot defend those 6 words.
