An idea to keep from losing things around the house. Put "it" where you can see "it"

...I misplaced a 3 pound weight that I use to exercise my arms. I didn't have to look far because it was sitting on top of some books in a corner. I knew it was around.."somewhere."
...Now that 3 pound weight is in a place where I can see it. As I put the weight on top of a table, in plain sight, I said to myself, the "weight is there to see".
...If the item is important, and needs to be used often, then put it somewhere you can see "it". Not in some drawer or neat place with other stuff. (yes, I collect lots of"stuff." ) But, in a place where you can "see it" Now, I have searched around for lots of important things many times. Wondering where did I put that?..But, when the "thing" is out in plain sight, the search is kept to a minimum. (Yes, I have spent hours searching for things)'..

...How many things do you need to keep in plain sight? That is up to you. Maybe a table top for such "things" so you know where they are. But putting things in "plain sight." can save you lots of ..."time." About that word: "time." It may indeed be the most valuable thing we have. Perhaps this idea might help save some "time." Best wishes for today. Hope things are OK.....Stuart....

Trump has lived most of his life, with others taking the fall for him. This time is different.

...Trump does not realize the pain of losing a big one. Others have dealt with the pain for him, and have taken the fall. So, Trump gets help from here or there. Trump gets help from the Russians or the TV network or someone else. He puts someone down, feels no remorse and shows none.
...Nixon knew what it meant to lose the truly important ones. He had been through it often. When it came time, he knew he had to resign.
...Trump has not taken the big fall, and it is coming. People have insured that Trump won't feel the pain. But this time, it is totally different. No one there to take the fall but Donald Trump. He is the one who did what he did. He can lie, and say it was OK, but it won't work. Most know it was not OK, and that what he did, and ordered done, was illegal. No cover up this time.
...What "the fall" will be is to be determined. No one knows. But it is coming and it is real. As more comes out, and people need to protect themselves and not Trump, much will be learned. This is the biggest show Trump has ever been in, and he is going to lose, if he hasn't lost already.

The Republican Party is the party of, "..the earth is flat, not round."

..The 14th and 15 century church argued that the earth was the center of the universe. Scientists said ..No.."the earth is not the center, there is much more" Many more out there. But the church said NO, the earth is the center as it is the location of God and the Savior..

...And the Republican Party is the same. Trump is not lying it is others who lie. Defending Trump, is exactly the same as ..."saying the earth is flat."

It just got *a lot* harder for Republicans to vote against witnesses in the impeachment trial

(CNN) — The news, first reported by The New York Times Sunday night, that President Donald Trump had told national security adviser John Bolton directly to continue to withhold approved military aid to Ukraine until that country agreed to announce investigations into Democrats, and specifically former Vice President Joe Biden, is an absolute bombshell with the very real possibility of fundamentally altering the calculus for Republican senators in the ongoing impeachment trial.

The accusation is made in a draft manuscript of Bolton's time in the Trump White House and, for the first time, would provide -- if confirmed -- direct evidence that Trump not only personally ordered the hold but did so to target the leading Democratic candidate against him in 2020. Bolton's claim -- again, if confirmed -- would be a smoking gun for Trump's use of his office for personal and political gain. Period.

Which brings us to the debate within the Senate over whether any witnesses will be allowed to testify in the trial of Trump and, if so, who. Prior to the Bolton news on Sunday, GOP sentiment seemed to be leaning away from allowing witnesses, with Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski, a key swing vote, offering criticism of the manner and style used by the House Democratic impeachment managers to make their case.

While official Washington is still processing the Bolton news, it's hard to see both the accusation and the initial reaction to it not altering that voting calculus for Republicans. Here's why: There now exists a credible claim made by a longtime figure in Republican politics and the conservative movement that, if proven out, directly implicates the President of the United States in a quid pro quo. This isn't Lev Parnas, a somewhat shady Ukrainian businessman under criminal indictment, Which brings us to the debate within the Senate over whether any witnesses will be allowed to testify in the trial of Trump and, if so, who.

It's a hell of a lot harder to dismiss someone with the resume of Bolton.

"I NEVER told John Bolton that the aid to Ukraine was tied to investigations into Democrats, including the Bidens," Trump tweeted early Monday. "In fact, he never complained about this at the time of his very public termination. If John Bolton said this, it was only to sell a book."

I have discovered something Trump is great at, and that is: "STUPID TWEETING." I have never seen

anyone make so many stupid and inappropriate "tweets." I am sure he has been told this before, but he is great at that one task: stupid tweeting. , Oh, & I got to add this

Did Trump commit an impeachable offense using this sentence?

Trump launched another attack on Democrats including Schiff over the Senate impeachment trial earlier on Sunday, saying on Twitter “he has not paid the price, yet, for what he has done to our Country!”

What price?..Is that a threat? How can that be interpreted?...What does that mean? What kind of "price" is to be paid?..Why say that?

You know, Donald Trump hasn't got a clue. Much too stupid to know, that what he really needs to do is to "shut up." at least for a while. .... That is it, and that is all.

Bernie's Demeanor is to divide not to unite.

..Bernie does not unite, he divides. Biden unites us against Trump.

..Bernie will by nature, create division. He already has. Of course supporters don't see that, because they haven't been there. I have been there. McGovern created division by his nature. Sure he was correct on important issues, but he was the wrong person for the wrong times. Bernie is a divider, not a person who unifies. He is also the wrong person for the wrong times..

I will never forget the returns coming in for McGovern..So disappointing. I couldn't believe it, but now I do. You want proof? Proof is in the one sentence below...

..Look at how Bernie has divided us?

Warning, Very upsetting reading : author has significant experience in this area. further, this is about people dying due to highly contagious disease. (currently in China, but may have spread to other countries)
______________________________________________________________________________________

On this date 17 years ago, I was covering the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) virus for several months as it spread across Asia, eventually reaching 37 countries, sickening 8,098 people and killing 774 of them.

So, as I read the first reports of a cluster of animal-market related illnesses, with the first patient exhibiting symptoms of pneumonia as early as December 12, 2019, I had a chilling sense of déjà vu. By New Year's Eve, it was obvious something akin to SARS -- as it turns out, the Wuhan coronavirus is in the same family of viruses as SARS and MERS (Middle East respiratory syndrome) -- was unfolding in China.

The mysterious pneumonia virus that emerged from a live animal market in China's central city of Wuhan last month has now infected far too many people, over far too vast a geographic area, to be easily controlled.

The Wuhan coronavirus -- part of a family of viruses that are common among animals and can cause fever as well as respiratory symptoms when transmitted to humans -- has been found in cities all over China, and travelers have since spread the virus to several countries, including Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan and South Korea as well as Hong Kong and Macau.

The first American case -- involving a man in his 30s who recently traveled to Wuhan -- was confirmed outside Seattle on January 21, before the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced on Friday a second case in Chicago. As of Friday, at least 41 people have died from the illness.(rest of article at above link)

I just found this out about Michael Bloomberg: He is a "self made billionare"

http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/11/heres-why-mike-bloomberg-is-so-rich.html

...To make a long story short, Bloomberg came up with some kind of computer idea that allowed users to instantly access other users and information that could be used for financial transactions. (in what is called "real time" in the financial community, or in other words, RIGHT NOW!!!!)
.... A financer needs this information in order to make more money, Evidently, Bloomberg's ideas changed financial investments, and according to the article above, his system really "works." And Michael is willing to share his wealth with other candidates running for the office of President of the U.S.A. He has donated a lot of his wealth to various charities and other causes. He does not appear to be a selfish ass**le like someone who he is running against.
