At the link above is a picture from the utility pole camera. It is the ultimate truth in this story. It doesn't show the
entire 31 minutes from the utility pole, but you can tell from the picture that the cops are beating the hell out of him.


The videos consist of three shorter body camera clips and one roughly 31-minute video taken from a utility pole camera, which appears to capture most of the violence that unfolded just steps from Nichols’ home in Memphis.

This is now getting world wide attention. I just read about it today.. Musk doesn't have a clue. While this has been
posted before, so it isn't "Late News" anymore,

In the end, Tesla will go bankrupt. Musk, like his hero: Donald Trump, doesn't know when to shut up. For a well
known media figure, that is OK.

......But it is NOT OK, for someone who owns a business that depends on widespread approval of buyers. Since now there
are major competitors to Tesla, buyers who don't approve of Musk's Pelosi comments, will buy something else.
...Also, there are competitors to "Twitter" which he just bought..aren't there?............

If all the people who are upset with Musk for his comments, pull out of Twitter and refuse buying Tesla, it could hurt
him forever. Maybe? We will all find out in a couple of months or more. But, it will take some time for this to get
all around. Because it will. People talking to other people, and repeat in the news media, it will take some time.

I just read about this today in Democratic Underground. The long term response to this stupidity will take a whole
lot of time. Musk clearly doesn't know ....WHEN TO SHUT THE F*** UP, but he will learn the hard way!

The cops learn this somehow. But, where and when? The police don't do this just to beat someone up,
but they do this because they know that they can ....."Get away with it." ...."With NO CONSEQUENCES."

...If the cops were sure that they would spend years in jail for doing this, then they wouldn't do it....But the
cops that beat this person, were sure that they would get away with it. .......NO CONSEQUENCES.

I am asking where did the cops learn to do this? I don't know, so I am asking the question.

Attorneys for the family of Tyre Nichols, a Black man who died after a traffic stop in Memphis, Tennessee, said video footage shows he suffered a "nonstop beating" at the hands of police.

"He was defenseless the entire time. He was a human piata for those police officers. It was an unadulterated, unabashed, non-stop beating of this young boy for three minutes," attorney Antonio Romanucci said during a news conference Monday after Nichols' family and legal team viewed footage of his arrest this month, giving them an opportunity to see what happened before he was taken in critical condition to a hospital, where he died days later.

"What I saw on the video today was horrific," said Rodney Wells, Nichols' stepfather. "No father, mother should have to witness what I saw today."

The Memphis Police Department has terminated five police officers, all of whom are Black, after an administrative investigation found they violated department policies for use of force, duty to intervene and duty to render aid, the department said in a statement.

Memphis Police confirmed Monday on Twitter that police and city officials met with Nichols' family to let them view the video recordings, which Chief Cerelyn Davis indicated would be released publicly later.

It is my opinion that the beating went too far. Yes, it is an opinion. Mine only. The cops wanted to "just inure" the man,
......NOT KILL HIM. Of course, the injuries would Not be life threatening, and he would recover, and the cops were sure
that ....."They could get away with it" (not "terminated" as the story says)

The last thing the cops wanted was to have a video of them killing a person. Well, there it is, and all will see it in a few days.
