Yang campaign says it received 450K entries for 'Freedom Dividend' contest

Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang's campaign said Monday that it has received more than 450,000 entries for a contest to promote his "freedom dividend" proposal.

The entrepreneur during last Thursday's debate announced plans to give a total of $120,000 from his campaign donations to 10 families — sparking audible laughter from some of the other nine candidates on stage.

The contest mimics Yang's "Freedom Dividend" proposal, which is a cornerstone of his campaign.

The 10 winning families will receive $1,000 a month, similar to how all Americans would receive the monthly stipend under Yang's proposal.

Warren Goes After Trump's Sister in Anti-Corruption Push

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is adding some new proposals to her anti-corruption plan, this time with one particularly provocative target: President Trump’s sister.

In a Medium post published Monday, the Massachusetts Democrat proposes closing the loophole that “allows federal judges to escape investigations for misconduct by stepping down from their post.”

In outlining the idea, Warren specifically references a case involving Trump’s sister Maryanne Trump-Barry, whose retirement brought an abrupt end to an investigation into her role in various tax schemes of the family and potential fraud therein.

“Under my plan, investigations will remain open until their findings are made public and any penalties for misconduct are issued,” Warren writes in the post.

2 men facing charges after caught on camera dangerously close to Yellowstone's Old Faithful

Two tourists are in hot water after they were caught on camera trespassing at Yellowstone National Park's Old Faithful and leaning dangerously close to the iconic geyser's spout while snapping cellphone pictures, according to park rangers and a witness.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at the nation's most famous geyser in Wyoming, according to park officials.

Witness Kimberly Guilliams was at Old Faithful with her family waiting for the thermal sightseeing attraction to blow when she spotted the two men ignoring no trespassing signs and leaving a designated boardwalk to step right up to the mouth of the steaming geyser.

Guilliams quickly took photos of the men, whose names have not been released, and reported them to National Park rangers.

James Corden slams Bill Maher regarding fat shaming (a.k.a. bullying):

Maher is such an asshole.
