I have a question: What is your opinion of learning two different languages at once?

I have a question, Floridians -- Spouse and i are thinking of buying a house in Florida

We're nearing retirement, and, much as we love Chicago, we're getting really

sick of the long, cold winters....For the last week or so, the temperatures

have been well below freezing, and it's only November -- I think

you get the picture.

What are your thoughts on West coast of Florida vs. the East coast?

What are the most liberal cities on each coast?

Quinn didn't look or sound very confident, which made me worry about his chances.

On the other hand, last I heard, he was ahead of Rauner.

President Obama is doing it again..

Knocking it out of the park!

He's at Northwestern University talking to students and supporters,

giving an overview of all his administration has accomplished so far.

Although I don't agree with him on everything -- His support for the TPP,

for instance -- He is SO impressive -- SO smart, SO poised, so "Presidential"

I will ALWAYS be proud to have voted for this man...Anyone who can not

see why he won two terms is a flaming idiot.

Does ANYONE here live in/near Wauconda, IL or anywhere in 14th District?

I ask because there is a Progressive Democrat by the name of Dennis Anderson

who is running against Tea-Party Republican Randy Hultgren.

Dennis is holding a Town Hall Meeting on this upcoming Monday, September 22nd

from 7pm to 9pm.

Any ideas for living off a social security benefit of only $680 a month?

I live in Illinois, in a somewhat distant Chicago suburb...I would consider moving

(In fact I'm thinking of buying a 'tiny house' to 'downsize' that way) but I don't

want to go further than necessary....I'm thinking maybe Madison, Wisconsin, if

I have too. It's a very liberal town and they and are looking to start a tiny house

community.
